They offer your typical pizzas (i.e. pepperoni, margarita, cheese), but also have some unique options on the menu. My favorites were the White Pizza (drizzled in a lemon honey) and Chorizo Pizza (covered in fontina, crema, corn, fresh mozz). They also have a few yummy vegan-friendly dishes - including the Summer Vegan, Tomato Pie, and Green Goddess Salad. Drink (4/5 Stars): Decent selection of wine, beer, cocktails. They offer half price bottles of wine on Sundays. Service (5/5): Super friendly and fast service! Our servers are always super attentive and accommodating to any food sensitivities/preferences. Atmosphere (4/5 Stars): Casual atmosphere - usually not too busy. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Plenty of parking in the back lot.

My in-laws were visiting from Indiana, and they were craving pizza. We were looking to a try a new place that offered outdoor dining. Parlor was perfect! I ordered the PepperPot pizza, and it was delicious! Everyone enjoyed their meal, the food was hot and delicious, and the service was excellent.

What can I say about this experience? My husband was craving pizza and even though I do enjoy a slice of pizza I always feel gross and heavy after it. We picked the pizza up and ate at home. It was absolutely delicious! Oh my! We asked for it to be well done as I like a crusty dark crust. Cooked to perfection. Some would say burnt, but it’s how we like it. I also had the Goddess salad with dressing on the side. So fresh, wonderful flavors and not just a boring plate of greenery. This is definitely our go to pizza place and will eat in there next time to enjoy their ambience. For the first time ever I ate 2 slices of pizza and didn’t feel like curling up in a fetal position because I felt gross. It was wonderful. I was going to take pics but I scoffed before it looked picture worthy. Plus I thought if you see my burnt crusts it would put you off. Team crusty crust all the way

Awesome pizza addition to town!! Some of the best artisanal pies I've had. Love that they always have a few staples on the menu but there are weekly changes too. Caesar salad is amazing. Have picked up orders 5+ times but haven't eaten inside yet. Looking forward to it soon!!

Pizzas I ordered and wings were very good! What I did not understand why the take out boxes were folded with chemical printing inside the boxes coming in contact with my food!?!??

Parlor makes great pizza. They had a few growing pains at launch during Covid but have smoothed much of it out. The pizza crust is cooked so it's charred thin fluffy and chewy. While they have your typical Margherita, pepperoni, or sausages pizzas they also have some creative ones. Brussel sprouts, asparagus, mushroom in a creamy topping, Calabrian pepper, fig sauce, to name a few. They take advantage of what's in season. Great adult cocktails, craft beer, and an up scale wine list. Service is very friendly. The owner is a super nice guy. I recommend it for in house or pickup. Tue and Wed have buy a pizza and the Margherita is half off. Great deal and good eats.

SUNDAY :: HALF PRICE BOTTLES. This is the best pizza in Darien. The honey pot is our favorite. The Cesar salad is really the star…most of the time it is served with an egg that is cool but strangely a teeny bit runny—- I am guessing it is sous vide. Don’t mess there a big bottle Thursdays.

This is our favorite go-to for awesome pizza and an excellent wine list. Kid friendly, adult friendly, outdoor seating, easy take-out. The sides and salads are 100! They are also super accommodating of my annoying food allergy. So lucky to have this place in town.
This restaurant is absolutely spectacular!! The margarita is my personal favorite - so fresh with mozzarella and basil. My husband’s favorite is the pepper pot pizza with their spicy honey. The wine selection tops it off very nicely. Love this place and it’s always the first place we want to eat at post-traveling.

I really, really want to love this pizza. It’s a nice sit down location right in town. But the pizza simply doesn’t hold up. Literally. It’s soggy. I keep thinking it’s a one off, but it seems to be limp every single time I order. Over the weekend we gathered with local friends at a local beach and decided to get pizzas. We suggested Parler and our friends all gave a resounding “no” for the same reason. Too bad.

We were very excited to try Parlor Pizza at 6:30pm on a Friday night. Unfortunately, we got seated and not one server came to take our order or even give us water for 30 minutes. Even after telling the hostess we hadn’t been helped, she did not inform anyone. 4 other parties were sat and served. Not sure what the deal is but we are very disappointed. Good luck..

We recently placed an order for takeout at parlor pizza through their website. We found the online transaction easy and seamless. We arrived at the restaurant at our pickup time and the pizzas were ready to go for us. There is a parking lot behind the building with ample parking to make it easy to get your takeout. The pizzas looked fantastic! They tasted as described. We did, however, feel that this specific kind of pizza needs to be eaten fresh from the oven and doesn't make for a great takeout option. We also noticed that there were bottles of either hot honey or hot oil on the tables, yet we were not offered this as a takeout option. When we arrived home, the crust was a bit sweaty and a little too chewy. Again, this is more than likely this specific kind of pizza dough, that tastes best fresh out of the oven. Would we return to Parlor to dine in, yes! Would we order takeout again, probably not. Just our preference.
