I went to Playa Bowls today and had a terrible experience with customer service. When we walked in, the cashier didn’t greet us and instead gave us a nasty look. After we ordered and sat down to wait, she called out to us in an attitude, saying “your Playa Bowls are already ready.” As we got up to grab them, she added, “I said that four times,” which was incredibly rude and unprofessional.
There’s absolutely no reason to treat customers like that. The bowls themselves were fine, but the experience was ruined by the horrible attitude of the staff. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

This location has really gone downhill the last few months. Today, I received a bowl with almost no coconut base, an enormous pile of granola and no peanut butter (which I added to the order so paid extra for). The bowls used to be very nicely presented with appropriate proportions of ingredients. Now, more often than not, the ingredients are thrown together, the fruit is too big to eat in one bite and the base is either lacking in amount or pure liquid. Not sure what changed but it's not good.

I ordered a stupid cupid bowl and got a nutella açaí instead, very annoying. customer service was mediocre at best. and yeah wouldn’t go back tbh.

Usually great, but ordered a 1/2 & 1/2 bowl today and only got one flavor. Also received completely mushy blueberries with mold. It happens, just something to be aware of

Personally never went here for the great service but it's really gotten bad. The maybe asian girl that works there recently is so rude it was actually painful. Sitting in an empty store at night and couldn't get off snapchat even just to take an order... also messed up the order after repeating it multiple times.
