Personally never went here for the great service but it's really gotten bad. The maybe asian girl that works there recently is so rude it was actually painful. Sitting in an empty store at night and couldn't get off snapchat even just to take an order... also messed up the order after repeating it multiple times.

I have tried the bowls in Maryland and Connecticut both were exceptional with excellent customer service. I highly recommend this place. I wish they would consider opening locations in Pennsylvania!!

My kids and I love Playa!!! We always get the Nutella bowl- sometimes with extra granola. Yum! It’s just a tad pricey!

Was not greeted as we walked in. And neither did I feel welcomed by the cashier and staff. Everyone looks depressed working! Spent $29 for a smoothie and a bowl… but customer service isn’t included lol
