Come here all the time but may make another choice in the future . Tonight there were 2 moms with about 5-6 kids in the front. The kids were yelling, screaming, opening and closing the front door over and over with cold air streaming in. Doing cartwheels in the bar area. Throwing food. By far the loudest group in the restaurant. Management did nothing about it. Parents oblivious or just didn’t care. It’s still a restaurant right?, not a playground. At least 10-15 other patrons noticed and negatively impacted their evening. Shocking behavior from the kids and parents. Zero decency. Management should direct them to the back or better yet ask them to leave.

We picked up a pizza when they said to, a salad and wings. No blue cheese or salad dressing as ordered, the pizza was ice cold after a five minute drive home
The salad was actually nice and fresh but no dressing on the side as ordered was disappointing

If you like cardboard with grease pools, stale tomato, and a small amount of rotten cheese as your pizza this is the place. The pizza should be fine for most but I hate it. The wings here are edible. They serve you fast, and the restaurant always has people in it. If you’re not really into food it’s fine I guess.

Norwalk rikos. had to be my worst pizza ever!!!over done not much tast ,rock hard .my friend gave me 3/4of his pie.we had 2 pies and 2 sodas and a small salad..68.00 with tip and we threw out the pie.never again. !!!!

Called for pickup and was told my order will be ready in 15 mins. I gave 15 min extra and reached there but I was told it’s not ready it gonna take 20 mins more. Like seriously, never going there again, nasty attitude and ugly service
We went on Sunday ordered two pizzas. One bacon and onion. Bacon was raw pizza oily second one was a meat lover with just ground beef balls and bacon. Not appetizing at all also oily service was slow food got cold fast. The whole place had a cold and unwelcoming feeling won't be going back.

Bad customer service by a young lady when I went to pick up my online order in Dartmouth, MA. Spoke to the manager and he said she wanted to go on break that’s why she wasn’t helpful. I told him I picked up the phone on the pick up counter and was calling the restaurant to advise I was here after she walked off and nobody answered. How comical is that? He came out from the back and saw me on the phone. Asked my name. Handed me my food (which totalled around $55) and no apologies were extended at all. First and last time for us. Food wasn’t tasty enough for a second chance when better is out there.

We had a party in the back room for my mother in law’s birthday. Service and staff were fantastic and attentive to our guests and needs. We also attended a graduation party and the service and hospitality was fantastic. Food is very good and very fresh.. Roger and his staff are to be commended ?
