Ordered the seafood tagliatelle this week. They first brought the wrong dish so I had to wait another 10-15 minutes while the others in my party ate their entrees. The new dish arrived. 3 shrimps and 2 slivers of (perhaps) scallops. Thin sauce. Very disappointing. No service recovery from the staff.

I almost never comment on the service because people work hard but four people in my party of six asked for accommodations or small changes to their dinner selections and were flatly refused with no flexibility. Chalking it up to one bad night at an otherwise reliable nice place.

Love the food here and we frequent regularly. The service wasn't great. The food portions were very small. Have gotten the same dish many times- there was 1 shrimp and 1 piece of lobster.

We stopped here for dinner on our way to Newport. This place is fantastic. They have lovely outdoor seating and the staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. We shared a bunch of small plates...oysters, lamb lollipops, truffle mac and cheese, tuna tartare, home-made meatballs and tiramisu. Everything was delicious and this hardly ever happens! The wine list is lovely and the mark up is reasonable. They featured wine and food specials. Highly recommended.

Loved it. We were there for birthday celebrations and they brought us a glass of processo for everyone at the table to toast. It was so kind and special.
We expected more from this place. The food was good but not amazing. The goat cheese croquettes salad was delicious and a good amount for a salad starter. The Seafood Tagliatelle was the best pasta dish we ordered. The desserts weren’t great. We ordered profiteroles with gelato and the pastry was too hard. The Nutella filled crepes was pretty bad. The crepe itself wasn’t good and the dessert wasn’t warm which it normally is. To top it off the service wasn’t great. Our server wasn’t too friendly, didn’t check-in enough throughout the dinner and didn’t seem to take my sister’s allergies serious enough. She was communicating her shellfish allergy and he wasn’t helpful in answering her questions or bringing out the dish to confirm hers was prepared separately. We won’t be coming back here again.

I went on a weekday, and while the restaurant was nearly empty (only two other tables occupied), the cleanliness was shocking. The seat cushions were stained and full of crumbs—I actually had to clean my own seat before sitting down.
We ordered the duck, which was chewy and served on the cooler side. The food overall was just mediocre—not what you’d expect for the price. The only highlight was the beautifully presented dessert and our very attentive waiter.
Unfortunately, none of that was enough to justify the $140 bill. Definitely not worth it. I won’t be returning.

The food, unfortunately, didn't redeem the experience. We ordered the duck, which was chewy and served barely warm. Overall, the food was mediocre at best—not what I would expect at a place with Scena's reputation or price point. To their credit, the presentation of the dessert was beautiful, and our waiter was attentive and pleasant throughout the meal. But sadly, that wasn't enough to make up for the rest. In the end, I paid about $140, and it simply wasn't worth it. I left disappointed and won't be returning.

We had the most wonderful time celebrating Mother’s Day with brunch here! The outdoor seating was absolutely perfect — sunny, warm, and beautifully arranged, making it the ideal spot to relax and enjoy the morning.
The cocktails were a standout — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully crafted. From mimosas to more creative house specialties, every drink was a hit. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options that pleased everyone in our group.
What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. They were wonderful, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure our visit felt special. They accommodated our requests with ease and genuinely made us feel welcome. They even let us move tables to a shady side of the patio once a table became available.
All in all, a fantastic experience from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cheerful, high-quality brunch spot — especially on a special day like this. We’ll definitely be back!
