Stopped in this morning to grab a drink and this has to be the friendliest Starbucks ever!!!! This team said good morning to every person who walked in and their customers that come often, they greeted with names. Social shoutout to Tracy, Matt and I couldn’t read her name tag but I think her name was Montana . This team is stellar!!!! It felt like a small coffee shop and I truly enjoyed coming in today. Really made my morning and a great start to my morning!

If I had the opportunity to give zero stars, I would. I went there quite often because it’s about my work. And every time you do everything terribly. You always confuse everything. The coffee is overcooked, there is always something from what I say when ordering, and I always order the same thing, then they didn’t put cream, sometimes it’s not sweet, absolutely always confuse the size of the drink, the staff is rude and impolite. There will be no more of my leg in this terrible institution
Every single time, the place is behind by like 50 orders. I feel bad for the workers. There were 5 today and they still couldn’t keep up with the orders🤷♀️

Coffee and milk was bad. Ordered an iced white chocolate mocha and one taste I instantly regretted it. I felt bad for wanting to throw it away that my bf tried it and confirmed that the coffee was old and milk was spoiled.

Everytime I come to this location I am given the incorrect food items or my drink is made incorrectly. I normally go to the Norwalk location because of how bad this one is. I gave them a chance today after not visiting this location for months and of course it was a bad idea. I was given a hot drink instead of the cold iced version I ordered and then the completely wrong pastry. I unfortunately didn’t notice the pastry was incorrect until I had left the location and I didn’t have time for them to remake my drink. Drink was completely flavorless and really disappointing I won’t be back to this location again. Staff is kind but I just don’t want to take a risk coming to this location.
