Coffee and milk was bad. Ordered an iced white chocolate mocha and one taste I instantly regretted it. I felt bad for wanting to throw it away that my bf tried it and confirmed that the coffee was old and milk was spoiled.

Everytime I come to this location I am given the incorrect food items or my drink is made incorrectly. I normally go to the Norwalk location because of how bad this one is. I gave them a chance today after not visiting this location for months and of course it was a bad idea. I was given a hot drink instead of the cold iced version I ordered and then the completely wrong pastry. I unfortunately didn’t notice the pastry was incorrect until I had left the location and I didn’t have time for them to remake my drink. Drink was completely flavorless and really disappointing I won’t be back to this location again. Staff is kind but I just don’t want to take a risk coming to this location.

I ordered a hot pumpkin chai and a bacon gouda sandwich. Why did I taste cold milk in my HOT chai? My sandwich is also cold in the middle! It’s also incredibly jarring to have a bunch of people shouting “GOOD MORNING!” as I’m walking in. It’s 7:30 in the morning, don’t shout at me. ?

First time ever in CT working a party for my business. I got to Darien early so I stopped at this Starbucks. This was by far the BEST experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks!!! All of the employees greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. As I was waiting for my drink, the baristas were highly engaged and conversing with all of the customers which made the wait feel like nothing. I’ve been to a bunch of Starbucks in NJ and nothing comes close. Love the energy and enthusiasm, especially so early in the morning!

when there on 06/28/2024 and im big fan of starbucksThey left me waiting for almost 30 minutes in the drive thru and after all the wait they give me the wrong drinks TERRIBLE customer service
Can't believe how hard the employees work and move to get orders out. Very polite, even the lady in training excused that she was slightly slower... Which is nice just communicating that point. The seating outside was soaking wet n moldy from non stop damp nights so our bums were wet when we got up....someone needs to do cushion duty
