People work here are so unprofessional. Me and my friends bought a veggie sub. She can’t have meat , so veggies are the only option for her. The lettuce was all red looks like three days old . My friend ask the girl to change it as she’s only getting veggies in her sub . The staff lady misbehaved. It was so uncomfortable. I’ve been in the hospitality industry for almost 5yrs . We never provide such customer service. If you don’t have anything available a simple sorry would be sufficient. Instead they were doing arguments. Worst experience ever.

Sandwich cones outta the oven, and the guy asked what I wanted it on it!đŸ€š THE OUTLAW!!!!!!!!

If you dont want to have a bad experience with service or the customer service at this location then do not come here.I requested a tuna salad. This lady didn't want to give me a adequate amount of veggies for my salad. Her reason was that all the veggies you see is what she has for the day(fyi it was 5pm and they close at 9pm and they were not busy) and that they also have a limit on giving extra but if you didnt give me enough to begin with, then its not extra. $16+ for a (subway salad) is outrageous but i was still going to purchase it.This subway is already highly expensive because it's a rest stop.

I requested her name and she didn't want to give it to me which is fine. I requested she call her manager but she says she sent a text and got no answer.(why wouldn't she call if she didn't do anything wrong but she's sitting there on her phone). It was no point in even talking to her because she could barely understand me.

She then proceeded to put the veggies back after I cancelled my order and her response is that she can do that because she has gloves on. What if the next person comes and don't like onions and now their tomatoes, cucumbers and spinach taste like onions? To me that is disgusting if i were one of those people and just shows they are probably doing worst stuff at this location.

It annoys me that i would even have to post this but after seeing the reviews it makes sense.DONT COME HERE!

Old lady made subway, it was really bad....i dont recommend anyone to be there spend some money on the food, it was not worthy honestly! When I tell her to put less suces nd she put extra sauces....she replied its like that 😂 we can't change it which means they are not listening to customers demand just putting ingredients according to their mind....worst subway ever! đŸ™đŸ»

The gentle man working the afternoon shift Wadenson on Easter Sunday is great, he is killing it working by himself and none stop. He is very nice, his customer service is great.

Don’t bother asking for the managers number, she doesn’t care.Employees don’t know most of their standard sandwich builds despite listing them on the menu. The employees don’t care. I asked what they were missing to make my requested sandwich and the employee just mumbled and wouldn’t give me an answer. Finally after asking several times and she admitted she just didn’t know the build. So I listed out the ingredient and lo and behold they were all there.As a manager myself, I called the manager to explain this and she just kept blaming “late deliveries” and was “shocked cause that employee has been with her a while” but like, it seems to me when manager isn’t around the employees don’t care. And the manger won’t do anything about it. To top it all off I was overcharged for my sandwich.AVOID.
