Don’t bother asking for the managers number, she doesn’t care.Employees don’t know most of their standard sandwich builds despite listing them on the menu. The employees don’t care. I asked what they were missing to make my requested sandwich and the employee just mumbled and wouldn’t give me an answer. Finally after asking several times and she admitted she just didn’t know the build. So I listed out the ingredient and lo and behold they were all there.As a manager myself, I called the manager to explain this and she just kept blaming “late deliveries” and was “shocked cause that employee has been with her a while” but like, it seems to me when manager isn’t around the employees don’t care. And the manger won’t do anything about it. To top it all off I was overcharged for my sandwich.AVOID.

The menu says sliced avocado. It's instead avocado paste. Very disappointed in the false advertising.

Extremely rude young girl. Claim that she is sick at 8:25 pm ( supposed to work until 9pm ) extremely unprofessional and lazy. Also said to customer “ I can make you the sandwich if you wanna become sick“ horrible experience, not coming again. When I took a picture of her , she tried to hide and put hood on! Left 15 people behind hungry, who arrived at business hours.

7:40pm. Told that they won't serve me because they need to close. Supposed to close at 9. I commute the same route regularly. This has happened several times, all with the same woman working. Hilarious how many people have had the same experience. Obviously the owner doesn't care. Eat somewhere else.

The service is horrible. I have never been more disrespected in my life. This black guy playing vile music told me he was closed for his break. I wait a half hour and ask him and he tells me McDonald’s is open. Who hires these people???????? What business profits from turning sales away?!?!? Stay far away from this place. He play swear music in front of your kids and tell you he is closed when there is clearly food out. Very upset!!

Today 08/19/21. I wanted a foot long sub. I wasn't going to eat it all at once so I asked nicely this black guy to wrap it in two different papers but he got so nasty telling me that he couldn't do that because I didn't pay for the extra paper. Besides that he threw the ingredients in the sub like if I was a dog.
