There was hair in my food, none of the staff wore masks, they got my order wrong and forgot to include certain items on the order, and the experience was all around horrendous. They couldn't even be bothered to refund me. They expected me to return to the franchise where no one wore masks during a global pandemic in order to refund me. Absolutely NOT.

Honestly this place is terrible, I’d give no stars if I could. They got my order horribly wrong and when I asked them to fix it they had a huge shouting rant saying they gave me everything I asked for... I mean Taco Bell atleast hire people with 1 brain cell. I will definitely not be returning to this particular Taco Bell!

JUST A WASTE OF TIME!!!!!!!!!! Don't even think to show up at 10pm. I'm so disappointed with this taco bell location this is the second time in a week that I get in here at 10pm and they refuse to serve me because they decide to close earlier. The first day was on 10/04 and today 10/08. I wish them to say the hours they work properly on their website because I'm feeling so angry about it. Never coming here again!

Not sure why I would think a Taco Bell at a service center would be deserving of anything more than one or two stars. The food itself was fine -- very standard Taco Bell fare. Perhaps if there was better service, I would have given it three or four stars. However, the service was beyond slow. What should have been a five-minute turnaround (it is fast food, after all) took twenty or thirty minutes. The line at the register was becoming insanely long because there was no one manning the register. The people making the food looked like they were trying to perform brain surgery with how slowly and "carefully" they were working. Watching and waiting for our food was simply painful. Definitely won't be returning.

Felt sorry for the cashier too much on her taking orders plus making them it took 25 minutes to get a Nacho Bell Grande and once I receive it it was with nacho fries which I did not order with nacho fries just Nachos very poor service

They hooked the burrito up good! Lots or filling! Nacho cheese was hot too. Most Taco Bell's I go to its cold or luke warm. I'd have given a higher rating if they weren't out of baja blast.

The service was SO RUDE. The attitude I got from should've been an indicator... My burritos were cold as hell. Would not come back and hopefully will never have the chance. Go to McDonald's.
