There was hair in my food, none of the staff wore masks, they got my order wrong and forgot to include certain items on the order, and the experience was all around horrendous. They couldn't even be bothered to refund me. They expected me to return to the franchise where no one wore masks during a global pandemic in order to refund me. Absolutely NOT.

We stopped here on Christmass eve around 7pm. While the food was fine, the service and conduct of the staff was appalling. Several staff, including what I can only guess is the manager were loudly fighting while trying to fill orders. Many cutomers were frustrated and delays were long. On the plus side, we got a free show.

This Taco Bell is never open. People behind the counter but not taking orders. I just want a crunchwrap man.
The food tasted as good as most Taco bell restaurants, but the bottom part of two of my choices tasted like detergent, so I had to spit it out and throw away the food. My wife went and talked to them and did not even get an apology. They did offer a replacement meal,but we refused it.

The cashier had left the counter literally. Went to dunkin and I was in line for 5 min looking for someone to take my order. She comes and takes my order and is staring at me with a blank face. Mind you the cashier left the register/the store unattended. Never again then my food did not get done until another employee came in and made it which was about another 5 min. I had to wait. Also the soda machine wasn't working properly. All the juices were water. They never changed the syrup. Irresponsible and unproffesional. I am def. Making sure this get to corporate on that service stop Taco Bell.

JUST A WASTE OF TIME!!!!!!!!!! Don't even think to show up at 10pm. I'm so disappointed with this taco bell location this is the second time in a week that I get in here at 10pm and they refuse to serve me because they decide to close earlier. The first day was on 10/04 and today 10/08. I wish them to say the hours they work properly on their website because I'm feeling so angry about it. Never coming here again!

Not sure why I would think a Taco Bell at a service center would be deserving of anything more than one or two stars. The food itself was fine -- very standard Taco Bell fare. Perhaps if there was better service, I would have given it three or four stars. However, the service was beyond slow. What should have been a five-minute turnaround (it is fast food, after all) took twenty or thirty minutes. The line at the register was becoming insanely long because there was no one manning the register. The people making the food looked like they were trying to perform brain surgery with how slowly and "carefully" they were working. Watching and waiting for our food was simply painful. Definitely won't be returning.
