This is one of the best bagels I've had in CT! I got a salt bagel with regular cream cheese and it was absolutely delicious! A little chewy and lots of flavor. The salt on top was a flaky salt which I really liked. My sister got an egg ham and cheese sandwich on a croissant and that was delicious as well! The croissant was flaky and butter. The egg was so fluffy and full of cheese. The staff was very friendly and got our order out fast! I wish I lived closer I would go here everyday! It's a must try!

It also really hurts them that they do not have a grill. The egg is microwaved which really hurts the sandwich. It would be an investment, but a complete game changer as they could grow the menu.
The quality of the food has really deteriorated while the prices have come up substantially ($7.00 for a bagel with cream cheese). Eggs for the bacon, egg and cheese sandwich are prepared in a microwave, bacon not warmed , cold cheap cheese that doesn’t melt goes on top. All for $10 bucks. Very disappointed. Going back to your roots of great food at reasonable prices.

The food and service are pretty good in this shop. The place is clean and the bread is always fresh. I've read comments that here in New England we don't know what a good bagel is. I know that bagels are more of a New York thing, so the comments are probably true.

Have been on the hunt for a good bagel place since moving from NY and have been absolutely striking out... A nice hard outside w a soft bread and amazing cream cheese hit the spot, it certainly is as close as I get to a NY bagel. Staff are friendly... some disgusting comments on here about language barriers, touch some grass people.
