Unfortunately this location has really fallen off. 10+ years ago this was my go to bagel shop. Don’t bother ordering on UberEats, no matter what type or quantity of bagels you order you’ll only receive plain.

Every time we order from Uppercrust Darien, I hope the experience will be better. It’s a neighborhood bagel shop and it disappoints every time. The bagels are always well done, the service is always cold. I blame myself for assuming it’ll change and it hasn’t over the last 5+ years. So disappointing

Every bun was stale. The coffee was somewhat bitter, even with a lot of added sugar. I asked for a "baker's dozen" but the lady only gave me twelve. Despite these drops, the place was PACKED!
They have an English muffin bagel that is great however they charge you $1.75 for butter.

I went back to UCBC in East Norwalk .Jesus was so kind, and all my co- workers are going there now!!!More places would love to have someone like him!!!

Went to get a bagel with cream cheese was very disappointed to see the lady make my bagel with the same gloves she was taking money and ringing out with . Couldn't enjoy it went straight to trash . First and last time for everything. The one star is because I had no choice.

This was my first time in this bagel spot in Darien .. I order 3 bagels with details what I wanted on my bagels… well I received my order once I got to work everything that I order wasn’t right the bagels was dry and hard they didn’t have everything I ask to be on my bagel not happy at all I felt the service was rushed
