Jahniya provided the most exceptional service and encouraged me on getting out my comfort zone to try new flavors! She in fact did not let me down! Her bright spirit is exactly what any work environment needs! She truly deserves a raise, my ice cream was given to me in almost the blink of an eye with all the right portions. 10/10 will be returning to try more of the recommendations from all the delightful staff . Definitely get the brown sugar cookie dough brownie! The flavors are impeccable and will leave you wanting more. Jahniya sure has the right taste buds for ice cream!

Excellent ice cream but the service was incredibly cold and unwelcoming. We went in with our two kids one evening on an extremely quiet night and weren't greeted or interacted with the entire time. It was a bit jarring actually. If you don't care about ambiance and just want really good ice cream then I'd recommend otherwise I'd go to Gopher.

Stopped by for ice cream after eating dinner at Seamore's next door. The store itself is a bright, nice space, two stars for that. Three teens working there on a Saturday night, were not overly friendly. We were really disappointed in the ice cream for the price. To us it was nothing special and on par or less with grocery store ice cream. At close to $7 for a scoop that would be the smallest child size anywhere else (like toddler size) it felt like extortion to have two tiny cups for $14. Both Gofer's and Frosty's are so much more flavorful than this "artisan" ice cream. To put it in perspective, the day before I bought a pint of peppermint stick ice cream at Aldi for $1.99. It was delicious, minty with texture/crunch of peppermint sticks throughout. Our whole family loved it. I ordered the peppermint stick here and it was so blah. Bland, not enough mint flavor, no texture. My husband got vanilla and felt it was meh. Thought Trader Joe's vanilla was better. We won't be back.

I'm a regular customer through UberEats. Orders have been incomplete. Pints that come from the freezer are barely 3/4 full and are freezer burned. And they take an unreasonable amount of time to fulfill.

It is such a vibe the inside of the store is alway so clean and welcoming and the icecream is amazing and the chocolate sprinkles are made out of REAL CHOCOLATE and it’s the best icecream I’ve had I love this store
Unfortunately this place won't last long in Darien. The employees are far too cold and unfriendly for our small town. Go to Gophers downtown for true small town warmth and friendliness. My party of five felt apologetic for coming in last night. The employees clearly didn't want to be there. A milkshake did not have the whipped cream as pictured, and there was a large puddle of melted chocolate ice dream on the floor preventing us from sitting at a table. We'll take a pass on this place moving forward.
