This place is so nice it wasn’t busy when we came but the person who took our order was sweet. I got the fried chicken BLT and man is it so good. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for something quick.

Something about their pizza does it for me, favorite style, super well done for that particular style, and it’s relatively affordable.I also love their subs, all of them. Shout out to the steak bomb and the TKO (chicken bacon ranch, honey mustard, mozzarella).They’re quick, the people are always SUPER SUPER SUPER friendly, and food comes out hot.But here’s the deal… they need a rebrand.I’ve seen burritos on the menu there for years and never thought to get one. With that said, nothing about this place screams “Greek” to me besides the font on the menu and the Ακρόπολις on the logo (alright maybe a few of the specialty pizzas - moussaka and town hall, I see you. Gyros, ολα εν ταξη, relax.)Tonight I finally did it, I got the carne asada burrito that they had on special and it blew my socks off. For $12 (market rate for the area IMO) you get a huge burrito, wrapped and easy to eat, no dripping, they grilled it, tons of steak and avocado. Man oh man, it hit the spot and I’m just so happy I could cry.Deep River Pizza Mexican. I don’t know if anyone that works there is Mexican, I don’t know if burritos are inherently Mexican, I don’t know what I don’t know and I want to be better.What I do know is that people need to know about this.Chester, Deep River, Essex is grossly devoid of a Mexican spot that’s open late BUT this is at least maybe Mexican adjacent and open late enough for me (9 pm weekdays, 10pm weekends).Get down to Deep River Pizza (Mexican?) and get yourself a burrito. You’re going to be mad that nobody told you to do it before.I am thrilled.?Parking: Learn to parallel park in beautiful Deep River!Kid-friendliness: Bring your kids, it’s a casual pizza place.Wheelchair accessibility: Once you get on the sidewalk, which is accessible, the door is flush.

When I came to pick up my pizza, the gentleman who was in the kitchen said he accidentally burned my pizza and was in the middle of making me a fresher one. I've never had an experience like that, 10/10

After suffering a fire, DRP is open again 2 doors down from the last location. Always good Greek pizza, so give it a try in the new location, and support the staff that always does such a good job.

It's Deep River Pizza. Do I go because it's amazing? No, but it is pretty good and close to home. Their grinders are pretty filling, however, I'm not the biggest fan of their pizza. One thing I noticed, is they seem to put the dough in the pan in the fridge (way before cooking your pizza), which I have never seen another pizza place do. I think it does something to the pizza that doesn't make it as good as it could be. Overall, the prices are decent, food is normally ready around the set pickup time, and the service is decent.

1 cheeseburger combo with fries, 3 slices of pepperoni, and 2 sweet teas. According to the menu, it should be about $20~24. Food was good. But not $30 good like they charged me. I get inflation is happening, but change your menu to reflect your prices.

Let me put it this way: ordering “Spicy chicken pizza and ranch” will give you new definition of word A M A Z I N G. ?Hands down - best thing I ate this year! Worth every penny to take off from Rt9 and pick it up. Tried teriyaki grinder too - AWESOME!

I tell you this pizza was kissed by god and the sandwich was made by Jesus himself . The bread was perfect and crispy on the sandwich and the sandwich is seasoned perfectly but yoooo the pizza god damn. The crust was fire and the dough to cheese ratio smacks I feel like a ninja turtle eating this pizza. Pretty much a 10/10 if you don't like it pls leave
