The line was long but it moves quickly. I ordered pork roll (IYKYK), egg, and cheese ok am egg bagel. The sandwich was delicious. The bagel itself was very good, especially considering Connecticut doesn't have too many good bagel places. Would definitely return!

Soooooo yummy!!!! Gave us 30 free bagels since we came an hour before closing! The Oreo cream cheese was amazing and the bagels are so fresh and flavorful!

These are my favorite bagels in the area. They are like bagels from places that are known for bagels. They always have special bagels and cream cheese. If you are from New Jersey you will appreciate they have everything you would expect like salt bagels and they even have pork roll. 10/10

Absolutely phenomenal shop! Not sure what to rave about first: the food, the taste, the owners… All outstanding. I made a trip over an hour long to come for their pumpkin French toast bagel. It didn’t live up to the hype in my head; it far exceeded it! And toasted paired with maple brown sugar cream cheese was an out of body experience. Meeting the owners, even briefly, they are fantastic people who are extremely personable, thoughtful, and dedicated beyond belief. The shop is super cute inside and with place to sit and enjoy. Absolutely will be a regular stop from now on, whether on or out of the way.

The best bagel around. So happy this new bagel shop came to derby. I will go out of my way to come here. The bagels taste like a sourdough bagel. Also they carry Omar Coffee which means the coffee is flavored and doesn’t require a junk pump of syrup to flavor coffee.

My husband said this was the best breakfast sandwich he has ever had. I loved it too. Be prepared to wait in a line though because this place is the best Connecticut has to offer for breakfast. We got here thirty minutes after it opened on a Thursday and the line is out the door already.

THE bestest bagel in CT I've had! I tried the flavor of the day, Pickle with Cucumber Dill cream cheese (way too much, will ask for 1/2 the amount next time but delish just the same!). The bagel is crunchy on the outside, chewy and soft on the inside. Service is fast and friendly, the newly expanded space is open and inviting with a nice deck and view of the river. Can't wait to go back!
AM bagel never disappoints! Stopped in after the newest expansion and love to see how much they’ve grown. The place is spacious and clean and of course the bagels and breakfast sandwiches are absolutely delicious!

I have lived in NJ my whole life so the bar is high when it comes to bagels and pizza. I was in CT for work and found AM bagels by chance. I saw it had great ratings and figured I'd give it a try.
I was pleasantly surprised with how good the bagels are. the texture is perfect. the flavor is awesome. the cream cheese is *chef's kiss*. the customer service is great. the schmear is respected here, though not excessive, with a great cream cheese to bagel ratio. I love the creative and fun flavors of bagels cream cheese and sandwiches, and the classics are also great as well. I think this might be my favorite bagel spot, surpassing my go to fave spots here in NJ.
