This place is a big joke starting with the manager has absolutely no clue on running the place hiring people that can't make a coffee and the nails when your in the food business and handling food your nails should never be 3 inches long disgusting stay away far away from this dump Nelly the manager should learn how to talk to customer and keep an eye on the workers it became a hangout if I could there would been minus 10 stars 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

This is the worst drove through experience I have ever had. Waited 5 min for someone to take our order and then waited an additional 10 min at the window with no orders in front of us for 2 donuts. Cashier was rude and told me to deal with it. Will never return.

Very bad service with the morning yesterday I asked for my order and they gave it to me wrong and I asked him that I was missing some begos and he answered me yelling that I hadn't ordered them and that is wrong to shout even a costumer and moreover that it is the morning that is bad service

Its hard to believe this dunkin has survived. The staff is horrible. They will stare at you as you wait to order. They just hang out and talk behind the counter. Good luck if theres more then 2 people ahead of you. You better clear your day if you wanna order anything

I literally got food poisoning from this DD. I ordered a blueberry muffin and when I ate it I saw green stuff on it and thought nothing of it. Few hours later. I was throwing up! Do NOT GO HERE! Not to mention, service sucked! I should file a lawsuit!

This was a great place to come to when the HR didn’t start to neglect their staff over the ones who do not care about their business at the end of the day. I use to work at this location myself, the old staff was amazing to work with as a team, once everyone quit the new workers started to be unprofessional and started to talk bad about past workers to the customers, mind you some of them will sit at the drive through and not want to help others and talk about their personal life and how they want to play step mom, they will look up your social media instead of doing their job, as they have nothing better to do while being there. please be careful when you get donuts from this location as well, they do have a mouse infestation and will tell you the mouse fecal you find on your donut is a sprinkle or a burnt spec when I can assure you it is not.
