Always clean! ALWAYS VERY SLOW. No matter the hour or day. You can count on the staff being chaotic in action but slow. Even if one person is in the drive thru and 2 people in the lobby. Lolol. So plan accordingly. You will wait no matter what.

I just moved here from Stamford where I go to my usual Dunkin every morning. Let’s just say the first interaction here wasn’t good. My coffee was wrong and when I went back in not even a sorry or anything girl took it from me took the top off threw it into the handwashing sink (I am a GM of a restaurant, def a no no) forcefully threw the cup in the garbage. She actually did remake my coffee which was surprising in itself. She didn’t even stir the coffee or anything just handed me layered cream, coffee, and syrup, when I said thank you she walked away without even responding.

If you don’t get the coffee write the first time don’t be pissed off when you have to remake it. People don’t play with their coffee.

Girl working was so rude, if I was managing there she would be gone ASAP. These people just don’t want to work anymore. Less government handouts please!

Every single time the blonde girl makes my food, my order (I only use mobile) is always wrong. I understand things can get busy but it being wrong EVERY single time by only that person is making me choose a different location

I ordered 2 packs of hash browns and 2 cheddar bagel twists, they didn't have anymore bagel twists so they offered us a Cheddar bagel. Instead, we received a bagel with seeds on it (idk it's name). Overall though, the food was delicious.

Trying to get to that location is ridiculous. And there was nowhere to park, so I had to go all the way around and try to figure out which way to go to get in there. Very limited parking spaces.

I have had to order a box of joe and a large amount of munchkins a few times recently for events at work and I want to say that it's been an absolute pleasure anytime I order from this location. Other Dunkin locations just throw handfuls of cups, lids, and assortment of sugars, and creamers at the bottom of a large bag that I have to sift through a jumbled mess to organize. When I come for my pickup order from this location, everything is done, all the coffee supplies are arranged so neatly and perfectly, and presented in a way thats easy to carry. The inside is always clean, and the people are super nice and helpful. I'm sure it takes the workers a little extra time to arrange the cups, sugars, and creamer so nicely for box of joe orders, but I truly do appreciate it. I will go out of my way visit this location. :-)
