Every now and then, you walk into a place expecting the usual—and instead, you get something great. That was my experience at the KFC in Derby. The dining room was clean, spacious, and updated with those classic KFC red benches that were actually pretty comfortable. I ordered the $7 box with chicken tenders, mashed potatoes and gravy, a biscuit with buttery spread, and the apple turnover bites for dessert. Everything came out fast, hot, fresh, and just right. The crew was exceptional and friendly and efficient, and the value? Booming. Derby location KFC done to perfection—just a flat-out enjoyable experience from start to finish.

One doesn't expect much when they walk into a KFC, but The Derby establishment sets a new bar; not only for fast food but restaurants in general. The place is spotless and well maintained, and the staff is beyond friendly and prompt. Honestly, I wish I could give this place six stars but five is the most allowed.

I was in the drive through waiting for 20 minutes. Finally got up to the window to get my order they didn't have all extra crispy they said they would do half extra crispy and half original I said fine but take 1dollar off since you didn't have what I wanted. Next thing man comes to window won't give 1 dollar discount and wanted me to wait longer for my original order. Total miss management. Never go there again what the hell

Wow KFC, ordered your $10 bucket special, thinking how thoughtful you guys were being with everything being so expensive. 8 pieces and got 4 legs and 4 thighs not even 1 breast or wing NOT COOL! Will just go to the chicken place down the street next time.
There are lots of choices with fast food. However, staff will make or break repeat customers. The entire staff at this KFC is awesome. Really good people work here. Accurate, fast, fresh. Nuff said!

Love the original recipe fried chicken wish they stop over salting the fries to be honest with you. Plus why that can't bring back their potato wedges they was awesome 😎👍. Today I'll try the new original recipe fried chicken tenders meal

I ordered a bucket meal, usually I received 3 small chicken out of the 12 . But this time I got 6 SMALL CHICKEN given by the staff. In fairness the chicken was still great and the guy the cashier was so nice.
Service was exceptional and food was perfect. The establishment was clean and the environment was pleasant.
