Usually very good. The food that we actually got was good. People working there were nice enough, but they forgot part of the order - biscuits and mashed potatoes. I'll certainly go back, but I'm going to go through the bag more thoroughly.

I arrived here around 9:30 to pick up a delivery order. The restaurant was still open but they had locked the doors so no one could get in? I tried knocking for attention and the employee inside tried waving me into the massive drive thru line, which was totally ridiculous. Delivery drivers don’t have the time to do that, we need to be able to pick up orders when we arrive.
If you’re going to close your dining room early, then you need to shut off delivery orders. It is completely unacceptable to send us there for orders that cannot be picked up. This wasted over 30 minutes of my time, having to contact Uber support to get the order canceled after driving there for nothing. I didn’t get paid, and even got in trouble for not picking it up when it wasn’t possible to do so! The customer also didn’t get their food. Really inexcusable behavior from an unprofessional business.

So today I go and I order thru drive thru a 12 piece combo and some other stuff I get home to find only 7 pieces I try calling the number about 9 times and let ring till it hangs up at this point I'm upset cause I sure don't want to drive back. The food was good as always but my whole family couldn't eat.. so please check your bag before u leave..
My chicken has long strands of BLUE hair BLUE hair. My son pulled a piece out and then there was another and another. LONG strands. I’ve been calling the number listed and long ring times and no answer. Disgusted
