I ordered 2 chicken raps and waited in lin e for 10 mins 4 people where behind me ordered they food after mine and got there food before me all 5 of them I was so disappointed because I felt like I was less then in there eyes because the color of my skin I will never be returning here!!

I really like the 1 chicken breast meal, it contains, chicken, potatoes and gravy, Cole slaw, and a biscuit! at a decent price! My husband and I really enjoy getting takeout!Parking: Plenty of parking.

Robert the manager is rude and nasty. He doesn’t deserve a job there working with customers and young employees. I ordered through the app and when I got to the Derby store, they had no record of my order so I spoke with the manager and showed him my order and my receipt that I paid, and he refused to do anything to help me. He refused to give me my food which happened to be my kids dinner and told me to go call corporate because she wasn’t giving me anything.

I stumbled upon this KFC yesterday afternoon and went through the drive thru to order a Famous Bowl with no corn and a water.The young lady at the drive thru window was friendly and just lovely.My food was made to order and very good. The water was cold and refreshing - so good on such a hot & humid day, I chugged it down rather quickly.The area is very busy, but I was in and out quickly. This location is fairly close to route 8. I will definitely come here again in the future when work brings me to this area.In my opinion, this is one of the better Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurants around, if not The Best one...
