This review is long overdue, I’ve been going to Mattei’s for a long time now. Their food is outstanding. If you like eggplant this place has the best eggplant I’ve ever had. Not to mention unlike a lot of other places, Mattei’s loads up their sandwiches and gives you PLENTY! The employees are also very polite and happy to help. All of their food is delicious, I highly recommend coming here and trying it.

The food was delicious, Grace was very patient , and Dennis delivered the food to our venue on time with precise professionalism and all were very courteous! What a great Deli. We ordered eggplant and meatball grinders, coleslaw and potatoe salad. All were very tasty, especially the eggplant parm grinders. Sauce is tasty, eggplant is cooked perfectly and bread is fresh. The grinders were overloaded with meatballs and eggplant. We will be going back soon for more.
Glad I chose Mattei for catering. Everyone raved about The Italian combo.
