This place is great! my wife and I recently moved into the area and have been looking for a good deli, we were lucky enough to find Mattei's and this is now our go to place. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for great food, great service and a great customer experience.

We ordered deli sandwiches last minute for a small gathering and they were very accommodating over the phone. We ordered 1ft Italian & 1ft American. They were delicious with mayo, & mustard on the side.

I absolutely love this place. I pretty much go every day that they're open during the week. Everything I get there is very good. I'm not a veggie guy and I love the eggplant; it's really good. I even take food home for dinners. I can't say enough good things about Mattei's Deli. Great food and everyone there is so nice.

Truly BEST ever eggplant! I just took two full sized trays back with us to Cape Cod. One for us and one for a friend who used to live in CT! All we've had there is great but the eggplant is heavenly. Happy the orig owners are back. Staff so friendly, efficient and accomodating! Thank
