Unempathetic staff. I went to have breakfast because I was working taking a group of students to a school and I parked as I said to have breakfast and after a while the Manager told me that I had to move my bus because the customer was going to arrive for lunch and told me to park in BJ. I'm not from the area, I found it disrespectful because I'm also a customer.

This place has serious problems with reading.. if you get an order with no customization you’ll be fine but dare you ask for extra cheese or sauce or any customizing that you pay extra for don’t drive off with out checking and definitely don’t use delivery you will be disappointed every single time.

What can I say? It's fast food... No grilled chicken anything any more. Used to have a 1$ salad shaker many years ago now they didn't even offer salads. It's all just heart clogging grade D "food" I only got French fries to hold my appetite over till dinner
I went there 1/19/25 and the manager Gabriella was very rude. She wanted me to pull up to the second window and I told her I couldn't move up someone is there & she insisted on me moving to the second window no one is there & she's going back & forth with her mind you she had my bag of food in her hand. Once she stuck her head out the window and realized there was a car there, the bag she had in her hand she handed it to me. I also asked for extra sauce and she rolled her eyes like it was a big issue. So I asked her what the issue was why are you being rude and Gabriella said "it costs extra" I said that's not a problem I will pay & she walks away rude and doesn't come back to the window until I held up her line. I have been there numerous of times and never encountered someone as rude as Gabriella. Very rude and unprofessional.
