this is my local mcdonald’s, usually is pretty okay, places a dencent order tn after a very long day with me and my girl and paid full price for a 10 peice and extra for sauces for no recipet and nuggets to come with my order. getting tired of min wage workers not doing there simple jobs

Food is always nice and fresh at least every time I go usually after 8pm but the service is terrible the communication is not great at all no English and when you don’t understand they get mad at you for example when you say no mayo that means no mayonnaise and she was literally having a heart attack that I said soemthing because there was still mayo put on my sandwich

I ordered my food with a milk shake I get home and there’s long dark hair in the milkshake . Thankfully I didn’t drink any before I noticed it. Everyone needs to wear hair net . I don’t know why they don’t .

Stopped here for late dinner while on the road. Place looked like it had been ransacked. Trash everywhere on the floor and drink counter. Looked liked someone had smeared foam sanitizer all over the floor and trash can. I noticed several employees in the back but no one was making any effort to clean up restaurant. We left without eating. Go here at your own risk. Maybe use the drive thru then you won't see the horror.
Ordering online is problematic. There is always something missing.

The people who work here are the hardest working people you will ever meet. If the soda machine/kiosks seem a little disorganized..it's because of the sheer amount of people serviced daily.

Totally disappointing!! I've always stopped their with my teams and coaches get comped a meal. Register worker said he knows nothing about that! $16 for a fast food meal??? No wonder I don't stop there. Service was terribly slow. When I thanked them for getting my 16 players through the reply was "Next time go for pizza!" There will not be a next time!

I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but here we go: I was ordering Uber eats from this location and ended up waiting over 100 minutes. The food came cold lwhich is a safety hazard and against McDonald’s standards: at other restaurants, they would throw away the food and remake it.Also, Uber eats didn’t give me a refund for a cold big Mac, cold fries, and a warm soda with all the ice melted. Needless to say, somebody who orders Uber eats a few times a week, I would not ever get McDonald’s from this location again.For constructive criticism, people should not rely on Uber eats for, learn to make food at home or get food your workplace cafeteria, because there’s always a chance of getting food hours late and restaurants not remaking food. For this restaurant, if it’s taking such a long time for somebody to pick up food and it’s sitting out for a very long time, throw the food out and remake it, and if you can’t do that, just cancel the order versus serving biohazard food
