Went there a couple times already and I always feel so welcomed, the food is great and the staff is always really nice! Every time I go there’s always two young lady’s, they’re always laughing and talking Spanish between then and I really enjoy it, they make ME fell happy with their happiness.

Moe’s is a 10 outta 10 EVERY time. I even tried to influence another guest in line to upgrade his queso from the cup to the BOWL (like me) because it’s that good!!
Been there many times with both my daughters and they love the food, sadly it's one of those where the server truly makes a difference. Some just barely put any fillings in your food, others load it down so all depends on who you get on a specific night. Their queso is almost always perfect with the chips and I love the stack they make and my kids adore the quesadillas they have.

Went tonight to pick up burritos for the first time in a while and the guy behind barely acknowledged me. He barely had any steak left in the container and what was left wasnt fresh at all. The vegetable well looked like it had been sitting there all day, the lettuce was wilted and brown, so I barely got any vegetables. When I got home the steak in my burrito tasted burnt and crunchy and old. The rice was either overcooked or had sat there for so long that it was just hard. $33 for burritos that were absolutely disgusting I will never step foot in that place again!

I ate here one time and got so sick. 🤢. I heard good things about it so I tried it and oh man. I was deathly ill. I have my own rule. Food poisoning once and I’ll never go there again. But that’s just my experience.
Staff was insanely friendly and welcoming and did an incredible job as always. We come from Bethel because since the Moe's in Brookfield closed this is the closest one and they make it worth it everything. Cannot say enough about the staff.

I did try to speak directly with the store but no one would pick up the phone, so here it is. A Door Dash delivery: Chips and salsa- NO SALSA. The Stack with chicken and salsa-FOUND ABOUT 4 small pieces of chicken, no salsa. No grilled onions and peppers as ordered. Basically just a lot of rice. Quesadilla order with sour cream on the side. No sour cream provided. It’s like someone just threw stuff together without a care since it was going out the door to be delivered. In much need of some quality process improvement.

I have ordered from this location a handful of times, and have had a mix of experiences where my order comes in entirely wrong. Today I ordered a chicken stack, and the delivery came with ground beef. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I am a frequent buyer of this location, and I am upset.
