Where do I begin? From my first phone call with Dan I knew he was the caterer for us! We wanted station dinner options for our wedding on 11/8/24 and Dan and his team made it happen. We really wanted to incorporate Puerto Rican food as an option, and we explained what we wanted to Dan (pernil, arroz con gandules & plantains) and although he and his chef have not made it, when we went to our tasting we were blown away by how good it was (along with the other food options we went with!) Dan made sure every detail was thought of and a little before our wedding, Regina joined his team and she made our experience even more enjoyable!
