My daughter Mary had Spice Catering for her wedding last Saturday in Milford,CT. I highly recommend this catering company. First, let me say the minute I met Debbie two months prior to the wedding, who I believe is one of their coordinators, I knew everything was going to be fine. She is amazing!!!! The day of the wedding the wait staff, the bartender, the chefs all arrived promptly when they were supposed to. They were unbelievable!!! It’s truly the only word I can use to describe them. They worked so hard and smiled throughout the entire evening. Where we had the reception was on multiple levels and they had to go up and down steep stairs, walk across a sloping lawn all the while carrying dishes and glasses. The owner of this company is so blessed to have such hard-working, amazing people on his staff. The food was exceptional!! Our guests loved everything!! All the food came out warm and was timed perfectly. So, if you want a perfect wedding I can assure you this is the company you want.

Just had our wedding there. Debbie was great and right there for anything we needed. She did a timeline for our special day to keep everything moving smoothly. Lots of space for tables even with the dance floor. Bathrooms are clean. No stairs so handicap accessible. Bar is well stocked and if you want something specific they accommodate you. We had our own caterer but the do offer on-site catering. It did get very warm in there once we started dancing so ask for the tempeture to be turned down ahead of time.
