The service from employees is great, no complaints there, everyone is very nice. Every employee is great here and a pleasure to talk to.
Overall it’s not a bad store and it holds sentimental value because my girlfriend and I have been coming here every Friday for the last 4 years. This is something that’s came to be in the past year.

This is by far my favorite Starbucks in the area. The staff is always friendly and polite, service is consistently fast, and my drinks are made right every single time. The quality has been reliable for the past two years, which says a lot. I always leave satisfied. Highly recommend!
Was given an incomplete order, then, when I return was told to wait. So it can be made. When I asked the manager to do right by me. He refused and caught an attitude like if I was the one who messed up. Waste of time and gas

I’m not sure who made this order but whoever did needs a raise, this actually tastes very good. I’ll admit I had low expectations but this raised them. If the owner could respond with the employees name it’ll be much appreciated, hopefully the unique handwriting helps. Ordering this drink again soon!

He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and efficient at the register. he took the time to greet each customer with a smile and made sure orders were taken correctly. You can really tell he cares about his job and making people’s day a little brighter. Gino’s positive energy and professionalism stood out and made my visit a genuinely pleasant one. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had — thank you, Gino!

My biggest issue here is the consistency with their coffee. I order 1 of 2 things every time I come here, a Carmel macchiato or the seasonal Carmel brûlée. Without fail it’s either great or no flavor at all. I’m not sure what it is but it’s very annoying. Lately it’s been worse more than it is good. It’s almost like they’re running out of the syrup/sauce and getting the absolute last bit out. I’d rather just have them tell me there’s no syrup left and I’d try something else.
