This is by far my favorite Starbucks in the area. The staff is always friendly and polite, service is consistently fast, and my drinks are made right every single time. The quality has been reliable for the past two years, which says a lot. I always leave satisfied. Highly recommend!
Was given an incomplete order, then, when I return was told to wait. So it can be made. When I asked the manager to do right by me. He refused and caught an attitude like if I was the one who messed up. Waste of time and gas

I’m not sure who made this order but whoever did needs a raise, this actually tastes very good. I’ll admit I had low expectations but this raised them. If the owner could respond with the employees name it’ll be much appreciated, hopefully the unique handwriting helps. Ordering this drink again soon!

had such a great experience at this Starbucks thanks to Gino! He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and efficient at the register. he took the time to greet each customer with a smile and made sure orders were taken correctly. You can really tell he cares about his job and making people’s day a little brighter. Gino’s positive energy and professionalism stood out and made my visit a genuinely pleasant one. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had — thank you, Gino!

Much quieter than others I have been to. Easy to have a personal conversation at a table without raising your voice, and music is loud enough to feel like you aren't being listened to by everyone else.
I accidentally mobile ordered my Starbucks to the wrong location and the worker at the Starbucks made the drink for me anyways, with a smile! will be coming back😊

Go to the next Starbucks in your Route this one is beyond horrible. Iced Macchiato took 30 minutes. Unless you Have endless wait time on your morning commute to work this isn’t the place to get your coffee

I have tried to give this location chance after chance but it always falls short. I also order ahead on the mobile app, and they either forget to make a drink, or when I get there, they state they don’t have something in stock, which is strange because all of the other Starbucks just reflect out of stock if something is out, and then if I don’t want to sub it for something, I have to call customer service, which is a minimum 45 mins waiting for a refund, because they can’t do it in store. I have gone here during non peak hours, and have the same issues. This is the only location in my area that has these consistent issues.
