Just order a meatball sandwich it’s cold, as a worker that strives at customer service we should do a better job at this location. And as a chef if u have a long beard you should definitely wear a mask when working in customer food . 0 stars ⭐️ if I could

Placed a pick up order for two totally different subs with totally different toppings . One sub was correct, while the other was wrong with every topping!!! The meat was correct, but whoever made it just made both subs with the exact same toppings that were complete WRONG!!!! Will NEVER ORDER FROM THE APP FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!! READ THE ORDER AND DO IT RIGHT!

You're supposed to be open until 10pm. It's 9:30, the place is dark, and there's no sign. I could have gone ANYWHERE ELSE but you wasted my night, and now I don't have time to get anything but freaking McDonald's.
What kind of business just closes whenever they please and doesn't even put up a sign?
I guarantee it was the owner, too. His son and the other woman (I don't know if she's family) who works there are fantastic, but the father has ALWAYS given me issues.
Honestly? If you see an older man working, just turn around.
The rest of the workers are fantastic, but he just does whatever he pleases and acts like it's okay because he owns the store. If you ask for your money back, he WILL try and keep the tip. Keep an eye on that.
Definitely scroll through all the 1 star reviews. Almost every single one mentions him, specifically.
I feel bad for the other workers. It feels like they work SO HARD to kind of counteract the damage he does to his own store. Why even bother buying the business and not staffing it if you hate your own customers and don't want to work??? I just don't get it.
Honestly, call them before showing up if it's after 8pm because this is NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. Don't even bother trying if you're on a time crunch.

I just want to know since when did subway become so expensive got 2 foot longs a Bmt and turkey nothing extra and it was 35 dollars that's just crazy!
I’ve been twice the last few weeks and have had exceptional service. Our sandwiches were prepared with love. The staff at this location are very friendly and nice!
