Placed a pick up order for two totally different subs with totally different toppings . One sub was correct, while the other was wrong with every topping!!! The meat was correct, but whoever made it just made both subs with the exact same toppings that were complete WRONG!!!! Will NEVER ORDER FROM THE APP FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!! READ THE ORDER AND DO IT RIGHT!

You're supposed to be open until 10pm. It's 9:30, the place is dark, and there's no sign. I could have gone ANYWHERE ELSE but you wasted my night, and now I don't have time to get anything but freaking McDonald's.
What kind of business just closes whenever they please and doesn't even put up a sign?
I guarantee it was the owner, too. His son and the other woman (I don't know if she's family) who works there are fantastic, but the father has ALWAYS given me issues.
Honestly? If you see an older man working, just turn around.
The rest of the workers are fantastic, but he just does whatever he pleases and acts like it's okay because he owns the store. If you ask for your money back, he WILL try and keep the tip. Keep an eye on that.
Definitely scroll through all the 1 star reviews. Almost every single one mentions him, specifically.
I feel bad for the other workers. It feels like they work SO HARD to kind of counteract the damage he does to his own store. Why even bother buying the business and not staffing it if you hate your own customers and don't want to work??? I just don't get it.
Honestly, call them before showing up if it's after 8pm because this is NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. Don't even bother trying if you're on a time crunch.

I placed two on line order 2- Turkey and second order bread and cheese for my and ham.They had no Turkey and told me they did have my second order. The owner of this Franchise told me to call corporate . I did show him my order#. I had him refund my first order and try short change me and not give me tip/taxes back.. I will say the father is a bad Representation of the Subway brand. The son alway went above and beyond. Unfortunately I will going back.

In general love Subway. This one more than most. Easy to park and get in. Quick with making the sub. The way it should be. Removed a star for the couple times they made a sub that wasn't 100% fresh
