Good food, generous portions, we love the ambience being an old bank with much of the original woodwork, etc., our server Carly was great!

Ive been here a few times. The food is always excellent. I usually go when yhey have an event like today. We went for the Golden Girls Drag Show. The show was great as was the food but the service is terrible. We waited for ever for our food, when it came out it was cold. The other waitress was serving food and dronks and even asked is how everything was. Unfortunately our waitress was scattered. This wasnt the first time the happened. I'll go back because i like the food and the atmosphere but something needs to be done about the service.

I've been twice in the past month and the food has been amazing both times. First time my boyfriend and I went alone on a Saturday night and were surprised there weren't many patrons as we thought out food was excellent. I got the special of Bronx chicken parm and my bf had the steak with gorgonzola and Madeira sauce. The bread was also delicious and hot out the oven. Our waiter, Dave was amazing and personable. He answered all my questions about the hauntings and history of the buildings. As someone who loves spooky stuff and history, this was right up my alley personally.
I returned with my parents who have been there before and with my sister, brother in law and nephew for the mothers day brunch buffet. And again we were all very pleased with the variety of food selections and thought everything was well prepared. We really enjoyed ourselves. Dave was a waiter again and was great. We did have to wait for a kids cup for my nephew for water but we didn't mind because it was just the two waiters seating everyone, taking drink orders and getting the food from the kitchen, we didn't mind being patient as it was busy when everyone was first getting in and getting settled with drinks and seats. Also both times I got wine and the pours were very generous which is great. And again food was quite good in my opinion. Will definitely return again.

A great spot for a nice dinner out. Had the pasta with vodka sauce it was one of the best I have had. Great flavor and spot on seasoning.

We attended their first Warrenology event followed by a paranormal investigation with NESPR. It was a very interesting event and recommend going if they ever come back to this location.
The restaurant used to be an old bank. They kept the historical charm and mixed it with New Englands old restaurant style.
It was a good size with lots of cute balconies. Maybe fits about 80-100 people comfortably. The food for this event was buffet style and not their traditional plating.
I was not a huge fan of the food there. It was not horrible but did need a bit more seasoning. I am sure their food is not normally like this and single dishes are their forte and will improve on the buffet style for events again in the future.
The staff were so wonderful. The owner came to speak with each person at the restaurant. Introduced himself. Enjoyed the atmosphere throughout the dinner and seminar as well. It is definitely a landmark in this city. It has a beautiful location and so much charm. Yes, I said charm again. I would recommend it to a friends or family and would return for a regular plated meal in the future.

Truly meant to add photos of everything but once the food came, I got too excited and forgot. My parents & I drove past this place a few times and finally we decided to try it. We went last night and it was SO GOOD! There is an upstairs dining area and then a downstairs bar area. We sat in the main room. The owner could not have been kinder and the waiter was so kind too. I am gluten free so eating at Italian places can be tough but they were so accommodating. I got their grilled chicken with mashed potatoes and sauteed veggies and it was great. My mom got the penne & vodka with grilled chicken and she said it was great (this is also coming from a woman who is a home made vodka sauce PRO so she really meant it) my dad got the salmon and pasta and he loved his dish. We also got some apps (fried calamari & mozz & tomato - all amazing). What I really want to add is that for the prices, they may appear a little high BUT for the quality and the AMOUNT of food you’re getting? It’s truly affordable. Especially for high quality Italian food in the area. We cannot wait to go back. So glad we found this place!

Pretty disappointing Valentine's Day, but they were under staffed so that could have been what led to the issues, compounding effect. Super neat, historic building though.
We were able to get a same day reservation for Valentines Day. Though we hesitated to dine out on this busy holiday we were very glad we decided to go to the Twisted Vine. From the moment we arrived it was easy to tell that they were prepared for a busy evening. The restaurant was well staffed, beverages and a bread plate arrived quickly. The crab cakes as a starter were delicious. We both ordered the prime rib special and were blown away by the dish. Prime rib, mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables cooked to perfection, arrived to our table quickly and piping hot! We both enjoyed our meals tremendously and had no room for desert. Overall the Twisted Vine exceeded our expectations in a big way!

Disgusting, cold, and awful service. It took forever to get everything. The food was old and rubbery and tasted microwaved. What a terrible Valentines Day. Left the restaurant after spending $110 just to head directly to Taco Bell

Amazing, quiet and delicious dinner this Valentine's Day with top notch service by Amy Lynn! We were promptly accommodated even without reservations on a busy night. ♡ I'm so glad that we stopped in!
Absolutely a hidden gem. My husband and I live on Long Island and visit Connection a few times a year and we will be going out of our way to make sure to visit this restaurant at least once a trip. From the food to the staff and owner overall an amazing experience.
