Amazing, quiet and delicious dinner this Valentine's Day with top notch service by Amy Lynn! We were promptly accommodated even without reservations on a busy night. ♡ I'm so glad that we stopped in!

Went for brunch and there were no brunch items, only a small dinner menu and mimosas. Drinks were served in solo cups and the waitress seemed confused. Things happen but we never got silverware, had to ask for water twice...one meal was brought out and the others took 10 more minutes. Water was served in flimsy disposable cups and the restaurant overall smelled and felt dirty. The floors were covered in crumbs, the chair I was sitting on was broken and the restrooms were in pretty bad shape. This building has potential but the place needs a deep cleaning and some updating. Charging almost $30 for a main dish when the restaurant is in such poor condition made of all weary of the food. The table next to us asked for dessert and server said "I don't even know why this out- we have nothing except for a cake that has been sitting out for a few days so I don't recommend that" I would save your money and go elsewhere

Staff were nice and service was great. The food was alright—nothing bad, just okay. The salmon, sole, and portabella dishes were pretty good, the stuffed shrimp wasn’t bad but definitely wouldn’t get again.

We just had the rehearsal dinner for my son and his bride. The waitstaff were very accommodating, friendly and we all had a great time. The buffet was very tasty and we loved the decor! Definitely would recommend this restaurant for a small gathering or event. Thank you very much!!

We went to Twisted Vine on a weekday and had the place to ourselves, which made for a really unique experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and the drinks were spot on. Our waiter, who also happened to be the bartender, told us he’s been there for 30 years. He was incredibly friendly and even gave us a little tour, sharing the fascinating backstory of the hauntings in the building. It really added to the charm of the place. Definitely recommend if you're looking for great food, drinks, and a bit of history!

I once found this restaurant on a whim and have made the hour drive twice to go back and take family and friends. The chicken parm is a must! And the fried mozzarella appetizer. Extremely generous portions.

First timers tonight and it was awesome!!!
The atmosphere to begin with screams nostalgia and history, always unique. Our waitress Marissa was attentive and extremely personable! Her personality made us feel that a return trip was definitely on the near future.
The food...outstanding!!!
Large portions! Fresh from scratch for sure. And to top it off the owner visited our table.
That is five star right there!
Definitely worth the trip to Derby, CT.

In the area for business, I googled haunted restaurants in Connecticut for something fun to do in the evening. I was not disappointed by my paranormal findings nor with the food or service! The tortellini was amazing and I highly recommend it to pasta lovers. Dave shared some of the haunted history of the building and some of his own personal experiences as well, which I thoroughly enjoyed hearing about. I also got some great orb photos as a souvenir for my trip to CT! I’ve been telling everyone about my experience here and will definitely return next time I’m in the area.

We love this place! The food is to die for , so many mouth watering choices and huge portions! We enjoyed the nachos, stuffed shrooms Chicken Parm, Chicken Alana , Chicken ala Vodka and Spicy Chicken with penne , to name a few. We were there Friday listening to my daughter , Tori, play guitar and sing downstairs and we had a big group with us. Every person loved their food and will be coming again. Also, the owner , Mike, is so kind , a class act and the people that work there bend over backwards making sure everyone is comfortable and have what they need. Amy and Lily greeted us with friendliness and warmth and that demeanor continued through the three plus hours we were there. Thank you Twisted Vine for such a fun and delicious evening ! Can’t wait to be back !

Let's do it, folks...If you are having any type of event, anniversary, Wedding Reception,Graduation,Family Night, or you just want to get out of the house... Go to The Vine. I celebrated my graduation with family and friends. I chose the party package, which includes a choice of prime rib chicken or shrimp. They fed us so much before the main course we were all full. Customer service, there are not enough words to tell you how accommodating the Twisted Vine Staff is. Lily above and beyond Carly sweet friendly and attentive Paul he so F...ckng Awesome and Mike the owner spoiled me rotten. It's really hard to find a restaurant where you get your money's worth and great service. The portions are generous. Ive been back twice since graduation dinner. Thats says a lot. I promise you they won't disappoint. Twisted Thank you for everything. See you Thursday.....

We had my husbands 40th birthday party at Twisted Vine this weekend. The food was delicious, fresh and plenty of it for the number of people we had. The staff was friendly and gave us as much time as we wanted. We found the prices to be fair as well. Highly recommend them for parties and overall dining!

Love the vibe. Owner/manager was very welcoming, stopped by to check on us a few times and gave us a little tour of the building. Food was tasty and portions were generous. The fresh mozzarella and tomatoes was delicious and was sitting on a large plate of fresh spinach. It was definitely enough for 3/4 people to share. I had the Chicken Francais. Just enough lemon and mash potatoes and zucchini were perfect. Service was a little slow and waitress was a little flustered with requests like "can we see a drink menu?". I'd suggest paper menus be upgraded, as well as the bill. Neither were presented in a folio and just seemed less professional. Overall it was a pleasant evening. Will be back.

Parking: With the construction, the area is in transition. Parking lot is very small. We found street parking easily enough but need to be careful walking through construction. Once it's done, it'll be nice.
