My recent visit to Valley Diner left me with mixed feelings. On one hand, the atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with the classic diner decor adding a nostalgic charm. However, the service was a bit hit or miss—while some staff members were friendly and attentive, others seemed overwhelmed and inattentive, resulting in longer wait times than expected. Additionally, while the food was generally tasty and satisfying, it didn't quite reach the level of excellence I had hoped for. Overall, Valley Diner provides a decent dining experience with room for improvement in terms of service and food quality.

Been going here since I was a child when my parents would take me. Always clean, nice, fast service. Food always good. Nothing extraordinary, but always consistent. Same owners for decades. Have never had a bad experience. Now I take my children.

The Valley Diner is your typical family diner. The menu is large with many items to choose from. I was very satisfied with my breakfast a cheese omelette with home fries, and english muffin. The restaurant was clean and the service was excellent.

Simple and great ambience. Food presentation was excellent, but the taste was average. Food served was not hot. Service was a little slow. I only liked their soup and egg omelette. Egg Benedict, onion rings were very bad. They also serve alcohol. Staff were very sweet and friendly. Parking should not be an issue, they have ample space. Over all experience was average.

Was super bummed! They got rid of the cheese fries with Gravy. You can order them, but they put sausage gravy, and it's gross. I'll go to Riverdale in shelton.
