All the tables were dirty, the buns on the bread tasted stale. And the all around facility had trash overflowing. The people taking orders were more interested in talking to eachother than paying attention to the customer

I really would like to know who owns this Wendy’s because food is never fresh ,we all know they use the left over hamburger meat for the chili but this Wendy’s don’t even try to chop up the meat I got a half a Patty in my cup .not to mention me and all 3 costumers behind me had to ask for our nuggets,I got 2 meals both no nuggets then everyone behind me as well .i wont be going back

Every time I go there is an issue. Either cold food or a missing item. I think order on the app around 7:30 and when I got there they said they don’t open until 8. The app and website both said 7 so I was confused and put off. I never write bad reviews but I can’t take this place anymore.

Coming in via the highway, the potholes were bad enough I worried I damaged my car. Then the drive-thru had a power outage. The individual taking orders at the drive-thru was apathetically unresponsive and lazily took my order, which ended up with my order being wrong and screwing up the sandwich despite clear and direct directions on avoiding a condiment.
Additionally, somehow was out of ketchup? And refused to let me order a medium or large drink because they didn't have lids? And refused to substitute two smalls in place of a medium, so it cost me more.
Worst one I've ever experienced bar none.

Wendy's doesnt honor the posted prices ! Was told in Drive-Thru that biggie bags are now automatically upsized to large and you have no choice to pay extra !!

2nd time here today. chicken sandwich wasn’t fully cooked and the lady in the drive thru window was very rude with no type of customer service. I heard they was shutting them down anyways with the door being shut at 6pm i wouldn’t be surprised.
Food was like warm, not fresh had been sitting and poorly put together. Also didn't give me frostys I paid for. Didn't offer tray for 5 drinks just a horrendous experience will NEVER go to that wendys again. I should have went to valley burger shack for fresher better cheaper food with better service, won't make the mistake of ever going and getting coldish bland food from wendys again. Chicken sandwich my bum it was dry out chicken nugget on roll with wilted piece of lettuce and glob of mayonnaise that half of went into trash along with cold fries

Manager gave us an attitude when we asked for extra sauce and charged us a whole dollar per extra sauce packet. You can tell they don't usually charge that much since the cashier didn't know how to ring it in and she had to ring it in for the dollar per each one.

Ordered breakfast through the app at 7:30am on a Friday morning. Went to the drive thru to pick it up around 7:45am and no one was there. After a few minutes someone came to the speaker and said they dont open until 8. I told her that I had put through a mobile order and it says they open at 6:30am. The lady then said there was only two people, they weren't opening until 8am, I could wait but it would be a while.
I've tried this location a few times and there's always an issue. Won't be returning when there's other options so close by with better service.
