Girl with the platinum blonde wig and glasses at the drive thru was so rude and unprofessional. How someone like that gets hired is beyond me.

This is the worst wendys in the area. I have to drive all the way to shelton if I want quality. At least it discourages me from eating fast food. Lord knows I don't need it.

At 9:30 at night, you're telling me that you don't serve ice cream? I could have went to McDonald's down the road or Burger King in the valkey and gotten milkshakes and ice cream cones at 11 PM. This place is a joke.

I go to this location specifically for Maria to ask bbq sauce for your nuggets. We look forward to seeing her at the drive up.😀

Really disappointed with this Wendy’s visit. The chicken sandwich was severely undercooked — I got stomach sick after just a few bites. Fries were hot and crispy, but that’s about the only positive. The strawberry lemonade was good, too. The cashier at the drive-thru window didn’t say a single word to me — no greeting, no total, nothing — just handed me the drink and moved on. Unprofessional and unpleasant experience overall.

On 10/18/25 at approximately 11:45 PM, I pulled up to the drive-thru and was immediately told, “Hi, we’re closed,” as soon as I reached the ordering speaker. When I asked why, since the posted closing time is midnight, I was told they had “run out of meat.” I find that very hard to believe and it seemed more like the employee simply didn’t want to take any more orders. Anyway, I hope she no longer works night shift if she can’t handle it.

Literally just needed a quick bite after a very long day on the road. I’m from out of town, and I was seriously stuck in line for a good 20 minutes when there was only 2 people in front of me.
In addition I saw one lady get out of her car and walk up to the drive thru window to talk about missing items.
Then they gave me the wrong order..

All the tables were dirty, the buns on the bread tasted stale. And the all around facility had trash overflowing. The people taking orders were more interested in talking to eachother than paying attention to the customer

I really would like to know who owns this Wendy’s because food is never fresh ,we all know they use the left over hamburger meat for the chili but this Wendy’s don’t even try to chop up the meat I got a half a Patty in my cup .not to mention me and all 3 costumers behind me had to ask for our nuggets,I got 2 meals both no nuggets then everyone behind me as well .i wont be going back

Every time I go there is an issue. Either cold food or a missing item. I think order on the app around 7:30 and when I got there they said they don’t open until 8. The app and website both said 7 so I was confused and put off. I never write bad reviews but I can’t take this place anymore.

Coming in via the highway, the potholes were bad enough I worried I damaged my car. Then the drive-thru had a power outage. The individual taking orders at the drive-thru was apathetically unresponsive and lazily took my order, which ended up with my order being wrong and screwing up the sandwich despite clear and direct directions on avoiding a condiment.
Additionally, somehow was out of ketchup? And refused to let me order a medium or large drink because they didn't have lids? And refused to substitute two smalls in place of a medium, so it cost me more.
Worst one I've ever experienced bar none.
