Food came out hot and very fast. Plenty of sauces. Staff was polite and everyone was smiling. Your lobby could use a bit of care tho. No napkins or lids and lots of tables had ssuce with finger prints on them. Floor had muddy foot prints and windows looked foggy. It would take 2 staff and maybe 20 minutes to get the place back in tip top shape.

I ordered an Apple Pecan Salad. No blue cheese was on the salad... No dressings were given nor did I get the pecans. I didn't check the bag prior to driving off got home only to be disappointed. After the hostess told me "I placed two dressings on the bag for you!" only to realize all I got was a dry container of lettuce and spring mix.

Absolutely the worst service I've ever sen at a Wendy's location. Had 3 cars in front of me and they messed up all their orders. They made us pay and pull forward to the door as they prepared the food, then a lady would come out and pass the orders. My order was also messed up, they didn't give us straws either, they did replace my burgers with the right ones but when I was paying the lady there cursed at a car that gave up and want away and I had my 5 and 9yr old daughters in the car with me... not coming here ever again..

Im uber eats driver and we everytime i come here food is never ready and workers never pay attention to you. They see you at the counter but never ask ..how can i help you maybe like 5 min later. Am i ghost??This is why i hardly see people eat here. Its always drive thru.Finaly one guy asked me who im picking up and hes getting food ready. Then girl worker finally asked me who im picking up for?Really??? After guy is prepping and almost done girl ask who im picking up for

What an amazing breakfast sandwich. Option if having croissant or normal bun. Sauce had a bit of a kick to it. Will definitely be using Wendy's more often. 10/10

Went there through drive through young girl at window was rude and unprofessional. She had a attitude gave me my order but did not give me two straws for my drinks and there cry they want more money lol for what they can't even give something to drink my drink with. I think the new generation are a joke these kids don't want to work. Our future will be messed up with these lazy kids. ? God help us all

Went in here a month ago, guy kept telling me, "I'll be right with you". After waiting 10 minutes, people behind me walked out. I finally walked out but decided to give it a try a month later when passing by. Same situation. They are so busy with the drive-thru and the restaurant was completely empty. Stood about another 10 minutes with nobody else there and almost left again. Finally got my food "for here" in a bag tossed at me. To the owner of this place, you need to get some better people behind the counter.
Had a nice person take my order, food came out fast and was delicious. I was only one in dining room so the atmosphere was great, LOL.

Oh my good god..how will this new place stay open as its pay by card only..there were loads of people who had placed orders and expected to pay with cash but were turned away..thats a shot in the foot and a massive mistake by this corporation..the burger looked absolutely nothing like advertised picture..same with the spicy chicken burger..1 bit of limp lettuce and a beyond thinly sliced tasteless tomato..dry dry dry..and the chips with cheese n chilli were just so congealed and horrible and soggy..this pile of tripe cost me £17 and i wish id never gone there, but once bitten twice shy..and plenty of others were complaining because their food orders were cold or wrong...maccy d and kfc here i come..
