Great wings. Buffalo was great with lots of extra sauce to get tons of Buffalo flavor. We shared a ten wing meal included fries and drink! Great price. Will definitely be back! Highly recommend Wingspot!

Worst restaurant ever food nasty and raw .... I called to make sure my wings is well done before hand and when I got my delivery it was not well done he complained about the sauce and argued with me over the phone aka the manager about the issue and it wasn't resolved he's very unprofessional and not understanding 0/10 and I will not recommend thank you for wasting my money and I will see u in the AM

Not sure what all the hype is about with this company but the food is terrible. Absolutely terrible. Their sides are better than the chicken and the chicken is their main attraction.

If I could give 0 stars I would!! Food was absolute trash and tasted disgusting. I would rather eat anything else than this. I tried for the first time and was super excited , between my husband and I we had 6 different flavors and all were disgusting. Tasted like buttered chicken. No spice or heat. The butter flavor was just so over powering. Additionally I can’t rate the service or atmosphere due to ordering from uber eats. But the food was nasty. Will never be trying again. Buffalo Wild Wings is way better!!

I have ordered from this place multiple times. When I use pick up or uber the order is great. However they use DoorDash as a delivery agent if you order from the Wingstop app and the dashers steal the order and then when you contact them they have every excuse in the book as to why they can not redeliver or refund the order. I spend anywhere from $50-$100 to feed a family of 5 and depending on the day I have 2 added people. They tell you to contact door dash and when you do door dash tells you they will put in a redelivery order and to call back the store. It’s a bunch of going back and forth and in the end you don’t get the food or the order.

Very disappointed with these fryes, they seem to be fried in an oil that hasn't changed for years.

I ordered from the Wingstop website and did not receive my order. I recieved a random cancellation text after it said that it was on it's way. I got a text from the driver that someone else picked the order up. I then called the store and said that the driver stole the order. I asked if I will be recieving a refund because by that time I no longer wanted the order. Especially because they couldn't keep track of who was picking up which order. I felt they were incompetent and no longer wanted to give them my money. The person on the phone called the manager and I was told that Id have to reorder it. I wasn't going to do that. They still charged me, for an order they canceled and I didn't receive. I disputed it with my bank.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at the Wingstop in Derby, Connecticut. From the moment we walked in, the service was subpar across the board. The staff was inattentive, and the order was taken incorrectly—something that could’ve been easily resolved with a little professionalism and care.

Instead, what followed was a completely unnecessary argument between the manager and my family—myself, my husband, and even my daughter. Rather than calmly fixing a simple mistake, the manager became defensive, rude, and completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, he carried a very noticeable odor and did not appear to have good hygiene, which only added to our discomfort. His energy was negative from the start, and he clearly lacked the training—or interest—in providing basic customer service.

As someone who owns a family-run restaurant, I can say with confidence that we would never treat our customers this way. Mistakes happen, but it’s how you handle them that defines your establishment. Other restaurants would’ve corrected the issue immediately with a smile and a solution. Not here.

The food wasn’t even worth the headache. Overall, it was a truly bad experience—from the poor customer service to the lack of accountability and professionalism. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone who values decent treatment or edible food.

The place smells like armpits and they stand there with their arms crossed no gloves nothing. It’s a huge turnoff

Workers are disrespectful and lazy. The first time I walked into this location, two workers were doing nothing and talking in the kitchen. One of the proceeded to swat their hand off towards me then looked away when I noticed. I placed an order under the name “Drew” and clearly spelled it out. Moments later an order pick up for “Darew” I was confused and said “I don’t know a Dare, but I’ll check it”. A shorter female with pink highlights in her hair mumbled under her breath “I don’t care” as she was giving me my order. When I looked at her she realized she wasn’t slick and smiled at me “have a good night”. Never met such nasty workers ever, especially considering it’s my first time ever buying from there.
