Ernest is awesome. He heard us talking about how we missed the Dunkaccino & made us a dupe that tasted perfect! Such a kind gesture & it made our morning. It’s rare to find customer service like that these days & it was much appreciated. We will absolutely be back, as we live in Durham, & look forward to seeing Ernest when we do! Cheers!

My first stop every morning. They always get it right. I typically order ahead in my driveway right before I leave for work, and I live about a minute and a half away. My coffee is always ready when I get there!

Becoming one of my go to places while in durham. Nice seating inside, outside and if like sitting in your car, the view behind the place is lovely if you ignore the business at the bottom of the hill and keep you eyes on the trees and hill.

I honestly never leave reviews for poor service but felt inclined to today when I saw the worst service I’ve ever seen inside a fast food restaurant, coming from someone who’s worked in fast food for 6+ years. I’ve been coming to this Dunkin for years with no issue, sometimes my order is a little messed up but nothing to stress over. Today, however, they were training a new staff and the new staff was straight up bullying the customers. She messed up a young man’s order and when he politely told her it was okay and that if she just added some almond milk he’d be on his way, she proceeded to scream at him and sarcastically respond that that’s exactly what she’s doing (when in reality she should have just remade the whole drink). Then, when he didn’t say thank you, she literally screamed in his face YOU’RE WELCOME. And after he walked out continued to bash him in front of the entire establishment, to which the other employee started talking poorly about other customers extremely loud. When it came time to hand me my coffee, she put out two coffees and when me and another customers asked who’s was who’s, she just said it “didn’t matter” because they’re basically the same. I was incredibly uncomfortable the entire time and felt I couldn’t even speak up because she was so rude to the other customers that I just took a coffee and walked out. It was ironic because the worker was talking about how she deserves respect and it’s “not hard to say thank you” but was the rudest employee I’ve ever met, and I refused to say thank you as well because I’m not going to go out of my way to be nice to someone who is so angry and rude for no reason. If you hate your job enough to be rude to strangers, you should probably find a new job.

Always good here, with little to no wait! My red velvet macchiato was made perfectly, a sweet and fun drink for this time of year! We also wait for the brownie batter filled heart shaped donuts every year, and they are my favorite!

I’m not one to go out of my way and write a review but I have had way too many negative incidents here. I stopped going to this dunkin a while ago because they suck, I decided to stop today and big mistake, I ordered online ahead and it was two coffees, the kid working was so slow and I watched him not put the lids on anyone’s order correctly and it took him ten minutes to move a finished drink from one counter to the next, I went to pick up my hot coffee after waiting 15 minutes for one coffee and I burnt my hand from it spilling out. Please hire faster and more competent people!
