This is easily the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to everyone here is a grinch and I haven’t ever once gotten my order correctly. NOT ONCE. Iced chi latte is beyond simple. There’s no coffee just ice chi milk and flavorings. And yet wow there was coffee in it. Just close at this point so something better can come in. I love east Granby and this Dunkin treats all their customers as just numbers. Go down the road to the one connected to the gas station. At least then you’ll have a good shot of getting what you asked for.

I got hot chocolate and I’m starting to think it’s every Dunkin but it was disgusting! 1 it’s boiling hot!! I understand making sure your product is hot for the customer but when you need to wait an hour just to drink the damn thing that’s way too hot. 2 I got hot chocolate and all it is, is boiling water with a hint of chocolate. It’s just water down chocolate.

Longest and most unreasonable wait ever. Actually insane. People were leaving out of the line in droves because of how long the wait was and they had plenty of workers

Unfortunately I was in a hurry to meet a client this morning and was unable to go back inside and ask for a remake.

Horrible..... waited at least five minutes at the drive thru. Two people in front of me left. I waited an I there minute then left also.
The last time I was there, they got my order wrong. Never going back again !!!

It must be required that to work in this location, you don’t speak. They are so rude, just throwing people’s food at them. And 95% of the time, it’s the wrong order. Terrible Dunkin! The other one up the road in East Granby is so much better!

We had a very bad experience at this Dunkin’ location. One of the staff members was extremely rude and unprofessional during our visit. Not only did she forget to give us our food, but when we finally received it, it was burnt. The overall attitude and lack of care were very disappointing. We’ve always enjoyed Dunkin’, but this visit left a really negative impression. I hope management addresses this issue so future customers don’t have to go through the same thing.

Halloween decorations are nice. Everything in the store look great. The staff should be dressed as zombies cause that’s what they act like.
No emotion
They don’t acknowledge you when you walk in the store
They barely hand you the drink
They don’t tell you your change
Their entire facial expression as they don’t care in anyway.
Will not return I don’t understand why franchisees don’t just fire people like this. They’re literally ruining your business.

If I could give negative stars I would. On a Saturday morning around 11 am, line out the door, drivethru wrapped around building and 3 workers only moving slow as molasses. Didn't greet anyone, just ignored the line and only did drivethru. They were out of every flavor of donut except plain and strawberry frosted. I will never go there again. Its had a bad reputation and it has never changed. I'll go to simsbury which is much better

America runs on Dunkin, but at the East Granby location it barely makes it to a slow crawl. 30+ min wait in the drive through clearly a poorly managed location. Do yourself a favor and drive to literally any other location trust me it will still be faster.

I ordered a croissant sandwich, 10 ct variety munchkins, the chipotle loaded hash browns, and a drink. I ordered ahead. They did not have the croissants so they could not make my sandwich without asking if wanted an alternative bread (completely understandable) the egg was dry, the cheese grease was dripping off the sandwich, absolutely disgusting. My drink sticker was sitting on the machine for 15 minutes before they started it. My hash browns were cold, soggy, and with one slab of rubbery bacon slapped in. The cup it was in was much larger than the portion, so whether the portion is right and the cup is huge or the portion was way too small, something was off there. My “variety” munchkins was literally only dry and disgusting chocolate glazed.

That said, the service was pretty horrible, the three that were on seemed pretty annoyed with each other, were arguing over switching tasks, and unorganized. After I had asked where my drink was (I ironically got the sandwich before anything else), She found the sticker on the machine, looked at her team member and said “I can’t do everything hete…” her team member responded to her with “well then, go back over to food…”

Lots of team drama that can be heard in the lobby, the food is awful, the service is almost nonexistent… you might as well have robots doing these jobs since Thats the attitude of the servers.
