The service at the Dunkin is horrendous! There are 4-5 people working and it is extremely slow. It seems like everyone is doing everything and jobs are not streamlined. I get up the the drive-thru window and am asked what my order is. Then my beverage is wrong, which I don't realize until I drive away. So frustrated and disappointed! But this is the norm for this location. I won't be back.

Well,lets just put it this way, i had a pretty relevant complaint on 7\24\2024 and still have yet to be contacted...i used to run the one down in the center about 13yrs ago..this dunkin has gone downhill since it opened with the remodel, they are not wven the original owners(naples) no guest customer service no smiles, no knowledge of the brand they are selling..

We took our order out, but we had a couple of coffees… that we requested w/o sugar. Already on the road, we had to be elsewhere or we would be late. Very slow service. No customers before us, except the only one at the drive thru window. The clerk scratched her face and picked up our coffee roll dessert. Gross! Unfriendly atmosphere. Unpleased customer.

I go to this Dunkin Donuts about only 1-3 times a year, but I have never had a problem with it. Maybe it's because I go to it in the afternoon and not early in the morning. I can only imagine a huge difference between morning and afternoon, but I can say based on my experience, just another average Dunkin' Donuts.
The quality of this Dunkin has significantly increased sometime within the last year! In early to mid 2023 the quality and service here was horrible. Long wait times, cold sandwiches, and terrible bitter lattes.My experience in the past couple months has been nothing but positive. Quick service in the morning, I’d see 3 cars and immediately leave because I knew I’d be there for 30 minutes, now if there’s a line I’m through within minutes!A specific shoutout to whoever was working around 11:45am on February 8. My caramel iced latte and egg n cheese croissant were one of the best I’ve ever gotten from any Dunkin.10/10 improvement at this location!

Pleasant professional staff lately closing early I thought they were opened till 7 pm but 2 days now couldn't serve me once at 6:47 and yesterday 5-15-23 at 6:23 pm I was disappointed by this also discriminates against non-dairy customers changing ridiculous prices for almond milk shame on owner
