I was delivering to Walgreens they refused my load of medicine. I was driving all night and day that coffee and doughnuts got me through my day.

Wow. Just wow. I was here around 1:15pm on 02/05/2024 and this very nice older Spanish lady was working. Let me tell you! She can make a good cup of ice coffee!! I haven't had Ice coffee this dam good from dunkin in a long time!! We need one of her at every dunkin!!

Made an online order to prevent any confusion and they messed everything up. I order munchkins assorted glaze, they just gave 1 flavor. Then I krder a frozen hot chocolate and she argued with my husband even though the sticker said frozen hot chocolate, not coffee! The poor attitude displayed is extremely embarrassing for the company. I will not be going back to this store.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAITED FOR EVER TO GET MY COFFEE AND PEOPLE WERE AHEAD OF ME AND ONE OF THEM SAID HE WAS WAITING FOR 10 MINUTE'S AND THIS GIRL THAT WORKS THERE WAS HAVING AN ABTITUD WITH THE CUSTOMERS WHILE THE MANAGER WAS TRYING TO CALM HER DOWN, YOU HAVE TO GET RID OF EMPLOYEES WHO DON'T DO THEIR JOBS AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE IS THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WHY WOULD YOU NEED 5 PEOPLE WORKING AT THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW AND IGNORING THE ONES WHO ARE WAITING TO BE SERVE AT THE COUNTER.

I don't write reviews unless a place is absolutely terrible which is why I'm writing this one. I've ordered from this Dunkin' 4 or 5 times on DoorDash and they never get my orders right! (And the only reason why I was d*** enough to order so many times was because I didn't realize it was the same Dunkin'.) One time I ordered a half dozen donuts and a coolatta and the only thing I received was the coolatta. If they didn't have the donuts they could've just given me a refund but they took my money anyway! Another time, I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese with hash browns and never received the hash browns! Today I ordered a dozen of the brownie batter donuts for valentine's day and they gave me a dozen Boston creme and thought I wouldn't notice! I don't eat Boston creme and neither does my family so I don't know what to do with them. Thankfully DoorDash gave me a refund, but now I'm stuck with these nasty donuts I'm not gonna eat. I'm never ordering from here again and you shouldn't either unless you like having your orders messed up.

They only had two people working there. They got to pay these people more, hire some more people. They got too few people working too hard.
