I love coming to this nutrition shop! Its a hidden gem for sure. The teas and shakes are the best I have had in the area! I stop by everyday on my way to work. The owner is super nice and very friendly.
Nice place. I guess the protein shakes are like milk shakes with whey or vegan protein. Not a lot of information on the ingredients, but of course I could have asked the very friendly person working there...We liked Mark's Tropical because it wasn't too sweet. I guess you can't order online.
Really friendly and a delicious shake.I had a chocolate, banana and peanut butter shake (the Elvis) and it knocked my socks off. The whole way through I kept saying, "Wow, this is great!" And it was filling.
