I am just writing this review to say that I was helped by CJ and he is a model employee when it comes to customer service. I had 3 requests of him more complicated than just putting in an order and his humanity and kindness in servicing a scatterbrain like me should be a model for how all employees are. Plus this location usually has friendly staff anyway but CJ went BTCOD (beyond the call of duty).

The kids had to wait 35 minutes for $6 meal deals to be made. They ran out of ice coffee, bagels, croissants, and donuts. Then burned the sandwiches that had to be made on sourdough bread because it was all they had left

Like all food and takeout, it's expensive. There is a drive thru.

Literally not once has my order been right here. I rarely go but sometimes I'm on the fly for coffee. This Kid just sat there while we waited for a cofdee that was right next to him then When you order a bagel with cream cheese you don't expect to get down the road to find out it's a bacon egg and cheese, these kids really just don't care and there are no repicutions for doing a poor job, which is why our youth are literally failing at everything! Good Job East Hampton 👍

I am a local and have been in town for 7 years, I very rarely go to the Dunkin’ Donuts in town but recently started coming for my morning pumpkin chai and a buttered croissant with butter and jelly. The first time everything was fine but unfortunately after a couple times I started receiving toasted croissants with packets of butter and jelly on the side and coffee instead of a chai latte. I understand that when they’re busy sometimes it’s hard to do more but when the jelly packets are stuck together because they sat in sticky jelly till the jelly dried out…I’m not sure if that’s even sanitary. Yes this happened more than once over a two week span. Which means the jelly sat like that for 2 weeks. Makes me wonder if anything else gets cleaned. I added a few pictures for reference. After today I will not be coming back. If they were trying to scare me off they did it successfully.

This place has potential but it’s a hit or miss with service. Sometimes your order is great and other times not so much. When you are paying over $3.00 for a coffee it should be amazing!!

Today we visited Dunkin Donuts in my home town like we usually do a few times a week. I went in to order it was busy there was a young gentleman that is new there maybe a few weeks new his supervisor is Kyle who I will say Kyle did try his best. The restaurant was disgusting receipts all over the place food wrappers everywhere the service was terrible the gentleman who took my order I very clearly stated what I wanted my daughter was with me. Once I seen the coffee I knew it wasn’t right I handed it back to Kyle and stated I ordered this light and sweet the guy who took my order in front of everyone rudely said stop lying we don’t have time for a liar it’s too busy then tryed to proceed to get ruder n keep walking up to me to initiate a confrontation. Since your last Manager left this place has literally went to complete garbage. Sadly we most likely will be driving to a different town to get our stuff moving forward.

I used to work at Dunkin a few years ago, and I know for a fact that the hash browns that are prepared in advance for the morning rush, by noon the left over hash browns that sit in their tray underneath a heat lamp have to be thrown out, and fresh ones are made per order.(At least that’s what we did at my location) REGARDLESS, why when I order Dunkin later in the day am I getting stale and dry ones? I know what fresh hash browns taste like vs the ones that have been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. It’s just annoying when I come anytime after 12, with no line in the drive thru, and I order some, only to get ones that are dry, hard, and stale.
And I get it’s not that serious, it’s literally 6 hash browns that cost less than $2. But this has happened multiple times. Is it so hard for the staff to make a fresh batch, let alone during a slow period in the day? I know it takes less then 1 minute to put 6 frozen hash browns on a tray, stick it in the oven and put them the in paper bag. I don’t think I’m asking for much, it’s literally the bare minimum.
Staff and Management needs to really pull it together.

This dunkin has become an absolute joke and most of the employees are lazy and don’t even try to get your order right even though they ask you three separate times and don’t take their job serious at all they have messed up my order multiple times in ONE week and honestly, it’s pathetic. And this is not only a complaint from said week, but over the course of the past year this Dunkin locations customer service and quality of service has declined so drastically.
Great Service and Chilled Atmosphere.

The employees literally will all just stand there on their phones and not tend to the customers. You can stand in there for 10 minutes and not be addressed.

Listen.... American runs on Dunkin. People should run on kindness. What kind of dunkin donuts does not allow employees to have a tip jar or even allow them to accept tips. This is a disingenuous servitude to human beings. Treat your workers better or allow them to be treated better.
