I am just writing this review to say that I was helped by CJ and he is a model employee when it comes to customer service. I had 3 requests of him more complicated than just putting in an order and his humanity and kindness in servicing a scatterbrain like me should be a model for how all employees are. Plus this location usually has friendly staff anyway but CJ went BTCOD (beyond the call of duty).
This place has potential but it’s a hit or miss with service. Sometimes your order is great and other times not so much. When you are paying over $3.00 for a coffee it should be amazing!!
when i went to order, the guy didn’t seem like he didn’t want to talk to me. And i order 1 creamer and no sugar but i ended up having 3 creamer and 3 sugar in my coffee. He didnt bother to ask what size and i was too scare to asked. when i receive my coffee, the sugar wasn’t mixed in at all and it wasn’t fill anywhere near the top. But everyone makes mistakes and have their bad day so it’s understandable
