This place has terrible customer service. We’ve had several incidents but the most recent my husband went with our three-year-old to get some bagels and he went at 6:55 and no one was answering at the drive-through so he went around to check the hours and it said they opened at 6 o’clock. So he went through the drive-through again still nobody answered so he parked and went inside and now it was like 6:57 and the lady was loading the donuts and my husband walked in and asked if they were open and she said technically we open at seven on Sundays. She then took his order for two bagels, toasted with cream cheese and as soon as 7 o’clock hit five or six cars pulled into the drive-through and she helped every single car before she started making the bagels. That’s just simply unacceptable customer service. My husband and I have been in the customer service field for over 20 years combined and it’s just unacceptable. Will not be returning and will not be recommending it to anybody we know. It’s a shame because they do have good food and they’re only like five minutes from our house. But never again.

My girlfriend and I have been coming here since we moved to Marlborough in 2020. Always fast service, strong coffee and the best breakfast sandwiches. The owners are so nice! This place is old school, nothing fancy. But that’s what makes it great. Reminds me of stopping at a breakfast spot with my dad when I was a kid. Not a lot of places like this around anymore!
