Ordered lobster tots for $18. Definately Not worth the money. It's was a bunch of tater tots in a not so great sauce with a tiny tiny amount of lobster . I did complain or I was truthful when the waitress asked how the meal was and I said it could be alot better with some lobster meat as advertised. Thankfully she did later bring over a small plate with lobster meat. It's sounded really good from the menu but it wasn't. Don't reaturant owners realize that a good chef make or brakes your business. This location is beautiful and I'd like to see a good restrurant be sucessful here.as we know none previously have lasted. I hope the owner can get the right chef.

So hard to choose what I wanted to have for lunch because everything looks so good. Went with the salmon sandwich and it was divine. Perfectly cooked and the sauce on it was wonderful. I wish I could remember the name of the cocktail that I got because it was also delicious. It was from the winter menu. Highly recommend this place.

The convenient location and ample parking has made the Lakeside a great spot to take a break from a scenic drive. The driveway entrance has a high lip so be cautious if you have a low clearance car. We just love the deck which overlooks the lake.The menu has something for everyone. Be sure to order the signature appetizers.Parking: Right on the lake and a nice place for a stroll.

This is a poorly run restaurant. I have been in the restaurant industry for over twenty five years and I am very patient, because I understand the challenges of operating a successful operation. From the top down it was poor effort and execution. If this restaurant did not have the view, it would not last long. The bar area was especially dysfunctional. Why people open a bar with zero understanding of the bussiness is beyond me.

We went for a Sunday afternoon meal and met up with another couple. The service was good, their beers on tap were tapped out, though. Food was really good. The steak tips were cooked perfectly to order and the triple seafood dish was very delicious.

There was a mix-up with my order that Darden corrected way past my expectations. I was just introduced to this place by a relative and cannot wait to come back in summer to dine with a lakefront view, although it may not be that long before I am back for another delicious meal!Vegetarian options: Limited main menu items but delicious side dishes that can be combined to make a meal.

We drove pretty far to try this restaurant, it was overall disappointing. All the staff we encountered were great, so friendly and helpful. Ambiance pretty cool. Lots of different seating options, we actually moved once since we were in quiet secluded area and wanted better vibes. We couldn't see the lake at all since it was dark out so wanted at least a fireplace view. I thought the menu looked good too with lots of options. Pricey menu for sure but I'd pay that for good food. The food was a let down though, I got bbq chicken egg rolls (yuck, dry and no flavor) and I got the short rib grilled cheese. It didn't really have any cheese and the meat was dry. Maybe there was a slice of cheese in there but sliced cheese hardly melted at all and was stuck to the bread. The burger my husband got was very blah, it came with bacon on it (belle burger) but the bacon was soggy and gummy. Burger nothing special. The food isn't good enough to warrant the price, unfortunately. They have so much staff, like 10 or more with various jobs around the dining area but the kitchen needs help. I also got charged $3 extra for a Caesar salad even though the menu said you could pick fries or salad, wish I was forewarned. We won't be back though, so much better out there!

First time dining here and will definitely return. Service was outstanding, food was great and a warm and inviting atmosphere. Party of five, we were seated right away, a nice table overlooking the lake. Our waitress was attentive, and friendly as were all the staff. Get the short rib Sheperd's pie, you won't be disappointed.
