I went to Rossini's the first time when I was in college back in the 90's. I am very very fussy about pizza, and was leery to try a new place, but I was with friends and they insisted the pizza was good. They weren't wrong, it was incredible... 30 years later I travel from Ellington, CT (about an hour drive) numerous times a year to have their pizza. In those 30 years, Cheryl has been a waitress there and is one of the best servers I have ever met. She is very friendly and always smiling. Management must be very good to their employees if Cheryl has stuck around for so long and continued to stay upbeat and kind.

Food was great, delicious pizza and more! Service was great as well! Only down side was it was 40° in the dining room. Our server had to wear a puffy coat! Plates for appetizers were as cold as ice! It definitely took away from the dining out experience. Not sure if the furnace had broken or what but it was bone chilling cold!

Average place that the locals love. The salad was limp but the tomatoes were fresh. Food was Average. Our waitress was thorough and solicitous.

My husband and I went there recently and I must say the food was excellent. We both had burgers and they tasted like they just came off the grill and we're done to perfection.
When entering we were warmly greeted and we were directed to a table. The table was clean, floors clean, warm, friendly atmosphere. The prices were fair well worth the price.
We felt right at home and weren't rushed in any way.
I highly recommend it and there's plenty of parking

We haven't been to Rossini's in several years but went the day before Thanksgiving. Wow, big difference since our last visit.
We ordered three pies and quite honestly we threw out 70% of the order due to terrible dough, salty sauce and pretty much a complete collapse of what it used to be. I would not recommend the pizza unfortunately any longer. Our homemade is way better, the drop in quality is astounding.They need some drastic changes to get us back through the door.

I did take out. The person waiting on me, saw I was struggling with all the food I ordered. He helped me out to the car. What old school service. The wings and pizza were great. The salad had a lot of fluffy lettuce that nobody really enjoyed.

Restaurant nice, service great

So popular that we had quite a wait for our pizzas. But the wait staff kept us happy with delicious breads and apologies for the delay. All in all a very pleasant evening for our group of five.

I've been eating here for decades. Sorry it took me so long to leave this review, but Rossini's is hands down the best pizza in this area and I'll put them up against new haven any day. Easily top 3 in CT and their entrees and apps are also awesome. The hot n tasty (or anything with their stuffed hot peppers) is next level. Can't emphasize enough how awesome this place is, love you guys!!!

this pizza is normally pretty good, and we've been going for decades. Yet, have some integrity and don't let a pizza leave your doors when it's burn to crap, we didn't even ask for the extra crispy option. C'mon
