I used to love this subway but it seems to have gone downhill recently. I think maybe there was a change in ownership, there was definitely a change in staff. I've been 3 times in the last few weeks and the first 2 I ordered a sandwich with double meat. When I got home it seemed they must not have heard me as there was a normal amount of meat. I didn't notice if I was charged for double or not. This last time I just order a regular sandwich and felt like I was just eating bread and veggies. I guess to get a normal amount of meat now you have to order double meat even though you are paying a ridiculous amount already. I don't think I'll be back. They need to realize that charging more and giving people less isn't a good business model. I don't know if it's just this Subway or all of them but I think I can do better elsewhere for sure.

I recently visited this East Hampton Subway. This was my first visit at this subway and I was impressed with the service I received. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breads were freshly baked. Overall I liked the place and planning to visit it again.

The air conditioning has been broken for going on 2 weeks. You have minors working indoors, no ventilation, in near 100 degree weather outside (feels hotter inside than outside this store), all while running ovens and working fast paced with no breaks for staff. You should be investigated.

I eat here all the time and I gotta say the person that normally makes my subs is an amazing, I think she is an owner. And overall their staff is great, helpful and friendly especially the owner. This owner and her employee really run a shop well.

One of those rare subways where you will get excellent service on time. Atmosphere was amazing and one more thing is it was very clean compared to some other subways. I ordered veggie patty toasted and it was just amazingly done. They changed gloves and made it. I would definitely go there again and again.

I recently visited this Subway and had a fantastic experience that I feel compelled to share. The quality of the food and the positive experience provided by the service was unmatched. I was very pleased as the owner was very humble and a great listener . She even changed the gloves and wash the knife as I’m a vegetarian.
