THE FOUNTAIN SODA IS TERRIBLE. it taste like absolute METAL. they need to be sued that it's so terrible like it tastes poisoning. please fix this

The sandwich bread was old and hard and there was barely any meat on the sandwiches. Not to mention the cookies were even harder. Then when I said something about it and they tried to tell me everything is fresh everyday there. Absolutely no way….

Went there at 820 pm on a Friday to get food for me and the kids. Online it says they close at 9pm. When I spoke to the worker they said they had already put everything away and that they close at 830 pm. If that's the case then it should be updated online.

Very clean, light, newly remodeled Subway. The new owners were very friendly. I had a BLT with 3 or 4 bacon strips.

i ordered a footlong cookie on doordash & it never arrived , the time of the delivery kept changing . i called the store & no answer , i tried calling about 8 times & no one picked up .

I used to love this subway but it seems to have gone downhill recently. I think maybe there was a change in ownership, there was definitely a change in staff. I've been 3 times in the last few weeks and the first 2 I ordered a sandwich with double meat. When I got home it seemed they must not have heard me as there was a normal amount of meat. I didn't notice if I was charged for double or not. This last time I just order a regular sandwich and felt like I was just eating bread and veggies. I guess to get a normal amount of meat now you have to order double meat even though you are paying a ridiculous amount already. I don't think I'll be back. They need to realize that charging more and giving people less isn't a good business model. I don't know if it's just this Subway or all of them but I think I can do better elsewhere for sure.

I recently visited this East Hampton Subway. This was my first visit at this subway and I was impressed with the service I received. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breads were freshly baked. Overall I liked the place and planning to visit it again.

The air conditioning has been broken for going on 2 weeks. You have minors working indoors, no ventilation, in near 100 degree weather outside (feels hotter inside than outside this store), all while running ovens and working fast paced with no breaks for staff. You should be investigated.
