They are suppose to open at 7:45am but never are. I asked for an apple turnover and the employee looked at me like she didn't know what I was talking about. It was very dry and the glazed donut was too greasy. Threw both out (almost $5.00) worth of food.

The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the delicious smell. The staff behind the counter was friendly, helpful, and attentive. I ordered a breakfast sandwich con cafecito and a tuna grinder for later. Both the sandwiches and coffee (with cinnamon) were delicious. They also offer other desserts and Puerto Rican based pastries such as Budín. Their prices are average. It is a smaller, cozy brick and mortar store front. There is limited seating and tables.

We were visiting from Florida … stopped for a bacon, egg and cheese. Pure heaven on earth! So delicious. Coffee is delicious too!

I have to give the only bakery especially a Spanish one 5 stars. They are the only ones open DAILY on MAIN STREET in EAST HARTFORD. Their coffee is great and so is the bread they use. They have other great foods too!
