My son placed a online order for drive thru pick up. The order was placed correctly the tag on the bag and the sandwich were all correct. However, the whopper with cheese was made wrong. It was supposed to be Xtra pickles no onions and it was the opposite not to mention the sandwich was dripping in mayo. I called the store to express my displeasure and I was told that I could return the sandwich for a new one. But I would not be given store credit towards my next purchase. Well returning the whopper was not an option because I'm not able to drive hence the reason my son picked up the order in the first place. I'm tired of restaurants not getting orders right the first time and making replacing the item an inconvenience. The cost of food not to mention fast food is becoming to expensive not to get what you ordered. Whatever happened to your way, right away?

Uncompleted order drive through ones and anotherone from Uber east
My wife and I always go to this Burger king around 10ish 30 every Wednesday and get usually the same thing, she gets a plain hamburger, and I get basically the same thing a whopper or a double Texas whopper, last night at around 10:25ish give or take 5 minutes, we came through and got our typical order, but tonight due to the advertising of the BBQ Brisket Burger I got that, yeah well.....if you ask me do not get that burger, the minute I got home (we live about 10 minutes away in Glastonbury Center) after we ate in the parking lot which my wife and I usually do I started to not feel good, I started sweating, and feeling like I had a fever and having to go let's just say #2 immediately. So this is rapidly happening and I went in and had the first symptom of Food poisoning, the second I found out this morning which is a fever of 101, and now I feel like a professional football player is tackling my stomach without rest, every 5 seconds I am getting the most painful cramps and sharp shooting pains in my stomach, THIS IS NOT OKAY, I HAD TO CALL OUT OF WORK BECAUSE OF THE PAIN, HURTING SO BAD IT HURTS TO TALK!!
please look into the reason why this happened, we love to come to this location but after last nighti m not to sure anymore.

Very nice customer service person who brought myself is very polite and knowledgeable about the items that are on the menu and there's plenty of parking and beautiful seating I've eaten inside here definitely it go to if you're in the rush or just want to sit
