I ordered a large iced peppermint mocha signature latte with almond milk. The beverage that they gave me was a large iced cup of oat milk and a dash of burnt coffee. On top of that, where’s the mocha? I’m extremely disappointed with how this tastes and I’m even more upset that I spent almost $8 on a coffee that I couldn’t even enjoy 🥲. On top of that, I couldn’t even have them fix it cause there’s was a long line and I didn’t want to wait again so I just left and poured it down the sink 😭.

Customer service and care do not exist in this DD. My specialty donuts where handed to me like they have been ran thru the floor. Never again!
So I met the devil this morning disguised as an overweight guy at this Dunkin donut drive thru window. After I waited longer than average to get just one cup of tea . I made the mistake of paying with a $5 dollar bill. My bill was checked more than once to make sure it was real . Then after passing the test twice my guy decided he wasnt satisfied called a manager who decided to do multiple visual inspections because the machine they gave them to verify wasn’t as good as his eyes. I just want you two racist to get your acknowledgement.

Ordered a hot drink and it was room temperature at best like someone dumped an iced drink quickly into a hot cup before it could get too cold. Couldn't hear a word the person was saying at the drive thru ordering station, but the staff were friendly.
