HAD ME REPEAT MY ORDER 4 TIMES ( in drive thru, no loud noises to interfere with hearing me, spoke loud and clearly) THEN WHEN I PULL UP TO PAY AND GET MY FOOD, THEY REFUSED TO TAKE A $50 BILL AS PAYMENT. I DIDNT HAVE ANY SMALLER BILLS NOR DID I HAVE FUNDS ON MY CARD AT THAT MOMENT. IVE NEVER HAD THAT ISSUE IN ANY OTHER DUNKIN LOCATION. NEVER GOING BACK, INCOMPETENT AND RUDE.

We have had issues in the past, but today was the worst ever. Placed our mobile order, drove up to the microphone, waited at least a minute then I started saying hello...4 times with no response. Drove to the window with 3 workers all ignoring my presence, 2 kept walking back and forth. Knocked on the window and the taller girl have me a look of attitude, I knocked again. She came to the window but said nothing, I told her we are picking up and gave our name, she closed the window. After waiting 14 minutes at the window, the shorter girl finally gave us our food. The guy kept walking back and forth, never acknowledging we were there. This was very poor customer service.

Who ever is making the coffee at this location, doesn't know what they are doing, this place is not that busy to be rushed, this past few months is ether the coffee or the food, I don't have time to come back around to get the right thing, they probably will get it wrong again, get you @#$% together.

Order was made wrong so I brought it back and employees took upon themselves to laugh at the matter instead of fixing the problem and STILL managed to make my sandwich wrong. You would think making a sandwich is rocket science with how many times I was asked what was on the sandwich.
Want you to take a look at this mess they handed to me. I just took it and left cause it already seemed I was not being taken seriously. HORRIBLE service and treatment from the employees except the gentleman I first spoke to with glasses.
Embarrassing behavior from the others I dealt with and was a good reminder of why I stopped going to this dunkin.

I get a large coffee every day today I ordered a large coffee got a medium told the man before I paid it was wrong. He still cashed my order out, took the coffee, poured it into a large cup and gave it back to me saying he could not put more coffee in the cup because I did not pay for it, so now my coffee is wrong. I have less in the cup than I usually would and I had the money to pay for it. People need to be tested common sense before given a job it seems like this day and age. totally unsatisfied with the Dunkin’ Donuts on Burnside Avenue. I’m so tired of the of brain dead service all the time .
First of many bad review this place deserved, because I usually just keep it moving but I’m soooo tired of being done dirty by yall first thing in the morning sorry but I’m not sorry. I will be writing reviews everytime going forward if not more.

I think they have Nara Smith in the back making the food. That's the only way to explain why reheating the food takes 3 business days.
