Ugly coffee, it's not like before

Nobody here know's what they're doing. I never received a receipt with my order even after asking repeatedly, and my order was messed up. I ordered an iced matcha latte and they made it without any sugar, and then the second time they made it there was ice all the way to the top of the cop until the lid was popping off on one side so the whipped cream I added on was coming out. I took 5 sips and the drink was finished due to the fact that 90% of the drink was just ice. The store is full of untrained beginners and they need a better manager or some kind of training before they start taking people's orders.
Got their new brisket,egg,hashbrowns, sala and it was not good at all. Had more egg than anything else. Wouldn't recommend this at all.

I'm gonna give a honest review. I haven't eaten here much, but I have done a couple of pickups and it seems to be very popular. So if that's said I do find it to be very clean and sanitized, so if you are looking for a place to eat, I would recommend if you're on the go or if you just want to sit. But just remember, take your time and enjoy your food. That's what it's all about

Morning crew is phenomenal, evening crew is good. Slight inconsistency but nothing to scoff at. Only dropped a star on food because I've gotten a wrap and it was cold inside.
Dietary restrictions: I'm lactose intolerant and there are now 2 options that are safe! Almond milk or Oat milk!

My order was Incorrect twice. The wait time in a drive through was ridiculous & no customer service. Especially from the shorter girl that had a pink shirt on TODAY. 6/13

So I went through the drive-thru bacon egg and cheese on a croissant in two Donuts one Boston cream and one jelly with powder. After about 3 or 4 minutes she comes to the window and gives me my two Donuts which I just put on the side seat and she goes what are you waiting for and I'm like I forgot it's been so long you don't have it on your ticket I said it was a bacon egg and cheese thing she said well we'll put that on now for you. So like 4 minutes go by and she opens the window and she goes would you like another free donut and I'm like well you haven't given me a free donut yet but no I wouldn't I just want my sandwich so another 5 minutes goes by now I've been at the Dunkin Donuts Drive-thru window sitting at the window for 14 minutes. I drive home eat my sandwich open up the bag pull out the donuts were wrong. Lake Howell it's Donuts in freaking egg sandwiches. This ain't even the first time this is sad
Slow, slow, slooooowww....First time I've been to this DD, as it never seems open...Walked in. 20 minutes to get a coffee, sandwich, and hashbrowns.Waited almost 10 minutes just to give my order... was told three times, by three people - one was leaving - that someone would be with me "in a minute".No one else in the store, *maybe* two cars in the drive thru.One person was fiddling with what looked like a cocoa powder dispenser, the one other person was wandering around like he didn't know what to do.Waiting at the pick-up area, asked me if I was waiting for a drink... my order was up on the board... then asked what my order was.Finally got the coffee; another car showed in the drive-thru.All the orders, including mine are redlighting by now.Another employee is quickly putting together food, but I guess it was for his break, because he put it together then dissapeared.Guy is still wandering back and forth, took another walk-in order. The first employee finally tells him to make a couple of the sandwiches, including mine. He moves SLOOOWW, getting one thing at a time....I'm sipping my coffee - not the best, but also not the worst, I'm not in a rush today. Both employees, when they pass, apologize for the wait....I *finally* get my order. It is correct, but the hash browns taste old.This Dunkin' is going to be in trouble if it continues this way; and explains why it never seems open - no customers, or very few - will tolerate this from a "fast food" place that prides itself on speed.
