I went to to D&D and I place my order and staff to my order but after he took my order he went and took care of the drivethru orders when someone was there to take the orders of the drivethru so I waited over 20 min to get my order staff needs to be train the right way .

Other than having to wait 10 mins for some coffees, they made 2 out of 4 wrong. One completely missing the swirl and the other having pistachio swirl when I ordered french vanilla…those definitely don’t sound similar so i’m not sure how that happened.

They literally served me a COLD not room temp but COLD chicken and bacon croissant how disgusting considering that they aren’t cheap and we spend our money at dunkn almost every day. Please do better!!!
The service here is terrible—feels like the owner is completely absent. Even sloths run a faster drive-through than this Dunkin’ Donuts.

Nobody here know's what they're doing. I never received a receipt with my order even after asking repeatedly, and my order was messed up. I ordered an iced matcha latte and they made it without any sugar, and then the second time they made it there was ice all the way to the top of the cop until the lid was popping off on one side so the whipped cream I added on was coming out. I took 5 sips and the drink was finished due to the fact that 90% of the drink was just ice. The store is full of untrained beginners and they need a better manager or some kind of training before they start taking people's orders.
