I spent 15 bucks on some food and the fries were burnt and oily food was greasy over all dissapointed about the good quality ☹️☹️

I love the food at this place

It says is from Humacao but have nothing from Puerto Rico not even the music the asthmosphere is not good enough. Please try to be more From Humacao and I think this place would be better thank you.

Unacceptable gross experience. Non stop swatting flies(the big ones), No AC..There is no urgency from the waitresses since they automatically add 20% gratuity for any order over 50$ which is practically one meal.Food came out in 2 hours and 35mins and it was not steaming, as if the waitress just let it sit in the warmer. we had childrren with us. Do yourself a favor and order to go or don't eat from here at all.

My husband and order the same dish. Sat there for 20 mins. Just to be told that they were completely out of penne. So upsetting. Maybe if they told us right away we could have tried to order another dish. Since it took so long just for them to tell us. Went to bed hungry.

Customer service needs to be better. Drinks were definitely from a mix. Didn't receive appetizers until we said we were ready to go waitress had attitude from the minute we were seated. Sad to see a Latin restaurant with so much potential but lacking good quality help, and food

I recently visited this restaurant after two years and definitely something changed. First time, food was delicious, almost an authentic Puertorrican taste. Now i can tell for sure, no puertorricans in the kitchen. Really loud music and not only loud but music that is not for kids.

The food here was exceptional - both presentation and taste exceeded expectations! However, the service was a bit slow, and having a dedicated hostess or waitress would have enhanced the experience. Thankfully, the outstanding cuisine made up for it.

This is a review from using the Too Good To Go App. The surprise bag is supposed to be valued at $18.00 worth of food. We received
a container of mostly rice a small cup of beans and a few pieces of beef that were extremely dry. Cross this place off your list if you're planning on using the Two Good To Go App. I attached a picture as well.

Update: my daughter decided to order off the app after I warned her. She got the same exact meal I did. Same dry meat too. Just outrageous.

This review from too good to go i had 2 orders on Monday the portion was small but the food was good and on Wednesday I had 2 orders from the same app. They served me the same food from Monday smelling sour, I had to throw it away smelling bad.
