I came to try the original honey BBQ chicken because I am in the '90s kid however I was disappointed that the sauce was put on a leg and a thigh and not chicken wings there's barely any sauce on my chicken however the sauce does tastes like the original but the chicken itself is disgusting

They say they open at 11:00. People inside looking at someone at the door and did not open. It was after 11:00. I certainly would not want those people working for me. Very poor for business practice. I went out to Manchester and got my lunch. Thatās where I will do business in the future.

I usually always come here for a quick meal, today the chicken was so soggy & pink I couldnāt even imagine myself eating it. I only ate the mash & gravy/ fries. I was disappointed because I didnāt have time to come back & normally my food is good with no issues. 7/5/25 around 2pm

I did 2 separate online orders & they got one of them wrong. My side was mashed potatoes & I received fries. Once I leave Iām gone & donāt have time to return receive my missing item. You have one job and you canāt even do that right. Never coming to this location again.
I ordered the crispy chicken 8 piece bucket meal the chicken was hard and nasty it didnāt look fresh mash potatoes so soā¦food is not good very disappointed!!

I purchased a 6pc box and was unpleasantly surprised and disappointed when I got home and saw what was in the box...3 of the 6 pieces didn't even resemble actual chicken parts, they looked like pieces taken from parts. It's disgraceful that they could sell & serve those pieces as a whole piece and feel good about themselves, it shows that this location/workers/manager have no class, low character, lack of respect for customers and complete unprofessionalism. No business can strive successfully with such behavior. You should be ashamed of yourself, you should be put out of business if you continue with this behavior. I will NEVER ever buy from this location again. You need to do better. Your behavior and service is disrespectful & unacceptable. Also the fries were greasy! and I went to use the restroom and it was being cleaned, the young lady just ignored me and made sure she blocked the little walkway without even acknowledging me to let me know how long it would take for me to use it, I left without using it. Real tacky service on all levels.
