I did 2 separate online orders & they got one of them wrong. My side was mashed potatoes & I received fries. Once I leave I’m gone & don’t have time to return receive my missing item. You have one job and you can’t even do that right. Never coming to this location again.

I purchased a 6pc box and was unpleasantly surprised and disappointed when I got home and saw what was in the box...3 of the 6 pieces didn't even resemble actual chicken parts, they looked like pieces taken from parts. It's disgraceful that they could sell & serve those pieces as a whole piece and feel good about themselves, it shows that this location/workers/manager have no class, low character, lack of respect for customers and complete unprofessionalism. No business can strive successfully with such behavior. You should be ashamed of yourself, you should be put out of business if you continue with this behavior. I will NEVER ever buy from this location again. You need to do better. Your behavior and service is disrespectful & unacceptable. Also the fries were greasy! and I went to use the restroom and it was being cleaned, the young lady just ignored me and made sure she blocked the little walkway without even acknowledging me to let me know how long it would take for me to use it, I left without using it. Real tacky service on all levels.

Horrible!!! Manager had to refund me because boy seems to just do whatever at register and over charged me for every side that was included in meal! Manager never apologized! Had a line and for no reason they all in back just horrible

They took my order down correct, but I guess they can't pack it correctly. I paid the uncharged for 2 breast I get home have a thing and leg. I can't even go back because they closed for the night smh
