King's Chef Chinese Restaurant

I ordered chicken with broccoli and two egg rolls, got home and it was beef with broccoli and wonton soup- when I went back and told them about the mixup, the woman behind the counter insisted I ‘return’ the beef with broccoli (to do what with I don’t even want to think about….)- I told them it was unsanitary to ‘recycle’ food that someone else has taken a bite of, but….she reluctantly gave me the chicken with broccoli but wouldn’t budge on the two egg rolls I had paid for- unhappy in east Hartford

go to chinese spot since i was a kid, moved away for 2 yrs and back to east hartford 4 yrs ago, food just as good as i remembered. the lady who works the counter still remembers me since i was a kid, just call ahead bc they do get busy

Absolutely Disgusting — Found Roaches in My Food!
If I could give zero stars, I would. I just ordered food from this place and found a ROACH in my meal — not just one, possibly more. This is beyond unacceptable. I’m disgusted, nauseated, and furious.

This isn’t just bad service — this is a serious health violation. I don’t care how cheap or fast your food is — no one should have to check their plate for insects.

Do better. I’ll be reporting this to the health department. Avoid this place at all costs.

Nothing taste fresh..the poultry and beef taste really old! The soup was horrendous. Would not recommend.Should’ve saved my $30 and had the neglected can of spaghettios in my pantry no idea how they have 4 stars.

Scamming people shorting them on orders and charging regular price just make sure to check your food before leaving I trusted it and regret it.
