i have been a regular at this chinese restaurant for like 6 years or longer. every time i call its the same unappetizing attitude from the owner’s (probably) children and today i think i’ve decided to stop going. the parents are the kindest people but their kids really need to work on their social skills and find their meaning of life because this is getting ridiculous and miserable

My first time ordering from here. We moved to the area recently. Ordered pretty close to closing time. It was a last minute decision for us. The food was fresh and hot. Staff was super friendly. I ordered take out for myself and my family. A total of 5 adults and my 7 year old. My daughter is super picky. She loves chicken wings and she loves them from here. The resturant was very clean. Close to home so we definitely will be ordering again.

Food is okay, if you order anything with flavor be prepared for it to be watered down

Always fresh, delicious food and friendly service. The shrimp and garlic sauce is made with jumbo shrimp.

Normally Chinese food is hit or miss but this was a huge mess I mean you shouldn’t get chicken fingers with chicken bones in them or a low filled pork fried rice The bottom spareribs were at least tasty but everything else was horrible I ordered this on Friday I’m just now doing my review but the gentleman who delivered it was extremely nice the person on the phone I believe it was Some teenager was extremely rude and needs to know how to talk to people besides the chicken bones in my food it was tasty but 90% of my food product was thrown out hopefully they can get rid of the poor technique of food and hopefully maybe teach the person on the phone to know how to do their job and be respectful I’ve had a lot of Chinese restaurants around the location and this isn’t bad but just the way they treat the food is pretty bad Amore set with the customer service say received with the person on the phone I don’t care if that’s their son or family member they need to leave because they have no idea what they’re doing or how to talk to people hopefully this place can get their way around and know what to do to assist customers better

The food is average . The only thing I can say negative is that the driver just either beeps the horn or tells us to come down stairs. So what is the point of

I order from them all the time and I received my food today and I was disappointed. Time to find another restaurant.

I'd hope you're hearing this. I've ordered from every Chinese take-out around Hartford. I ordered from this restaurant for a 2nd time and There is ZERO flavor AGAIN in everything I've ordered. I mean 0 flavor; you'd rather eat a cheese stick than this! The pork fried rice wasn't even fried. Please, don't do it bro; Please LOLI had to put a ton of extra soy sauce packets to save the food; this was ridiculous.

I am from Here but currently live in Florida. For some reason Chinese food is not all that good in Florida , (some say it's the water) Every time I am home I get Chinese food (and pizza) Today at Lucky China I wasn't so lucky, I ordered crab Rangoon, sweet and sour soup and General Tso chicken.. I believe the crab rangoons were left over from lunch warmed up in the microwave, they were so chewy I had to bite and rip them with my teeth. The hot and sour soup was any thing but Hot. It actually smelled like bad grease that was left over for a long period of time. It also had a "great" taste. No flavor )other than a grease like flavor and texture). My dinner looked and tasted like orange chicken, No chili peppers, no "zing". Even if it was orange chicken it wasn't good.. So disappointed.. not worth walking across the street let alone 1200 mile trip,,.

One pint of Chicken Fried Rice with NO vegetables, barely any chicken at all and tastes like it was tossed in a wok with burnt/dirty oil. For nearly $5 this was two bites and straight into the trash. The rest of my order was edible but under-portioned and overcooked, and that's being nice about it. Never coming back here.

Really wanted to like this place but it's gone from mediocre/ok to terrible. I've had a few dishes from here that were pretty decent, but those were a while back. Too bad as it's one of the closer restaurants to my house but after this last experience I will NOT be returning. The basic 'American-Chinese' stuff seems to be ok but underflavored, under-portioned and often overcooked or seems like it's old. That being said, the teriyaki chicken is ok, the egg roll was bland and soggy, the crab rangoons were very small for the amount of dough they were in (though the filling was good, just not enough of it) but the fried rice is a deal-breaker. The picture is an entire pint of "Chicken Fried Rice" which costs $4.55. Visually it looks like plain yellow rice with very little chicken in it, and that's essentially what it is but the flavor was incredibly bad. I've never had fried rice with NO VEGETABLES in it and this doesn't really taste 'fried' at all. It does however have a disgusting old oil flavor to it which leads me to believe it was tossed in a wok with dirty oil in it that gives it a bland, burnt flavor. The rice is what brings it down to 1-star, would give it 0 if I could. If they had tossed some peas, carrots and scallions in a CLEAN wok with CLEAN oil that might be 100% improvement but all you get for nearly $5 is a pint of yellow rice that tastes like they poured old, dirty fryolator grease in it. There is barely any chicken in this at all. What you see was after two bites of rice only (hoping I would find chicken and vegetables in a little deeper). Highly disappointing, mostly disgusting.

I loved the sesame chicken, the orange rice was amazing. I don't know what all the other reviews are on about.
