I just feel like if the workers stopped playing around & did their job & stopped trying to rush all the time people would get what they actually ordered & not whatever one of the employees feel like giving a customer.

My first time at this McDonald’s, my daughter and I and she loved it. They treated us so well they bring the food to you and they also congratulate her on her graduation today cause she was all dressed up. Thank you McDonald’s.

Quick neighborhood walk in Chinese food. Ordered takeout and it was fine .forgot utensils and even though they asked never put any packets in the bag. I will order again

I visited at 7 PM and decided to go inside to order instead of using the drive-thru since I needed to use my laptop. I thought I could sit down, eat, and get some work done while I was there. Unfortunately, the staffs were so busy handling drive-thru orders that no one was available at the counter.
I waited for about five minutes before someone finally acknowledged me and assured me I would be helped soon. However, after waiting an additional ten minutes without any service, I packed up my laptop and headed to my car. Ironically, I ended up using the drive-thru instead and ate in my car in their parking lot.
It was a frustrating experience, and I hope they improve their eat-in service for customers in the future.
